    Sorry folks but I cannot see how you can be independent as it is government that is financing you and there is no ombudsman in Dominica. You cost well in excess of $1 million the last time I look at it. We only have one supplier of electricity, Domlec with no competition with perhaps 30, O00 customers, if that. Our cost of electricity iin Dominica is very high in the region. My point is why do we need such an elaborite organisation for such a small country. It is an unnessary expense and it would be better to lower kilowatt prices. The government can do that on its own,
    after all they have a man who run things, no?
