I thought King Dr. Dr. His Honourable Excellency Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit, first of his name, MP for Vielle Case, DLP leader, the National Ram and so on and so forth, had said College will be free in Dominica. Why is there cost involved. Is it a mistake?

the second flyer is from Adult education office. the first flyer is the OAS scholarship. any idiot can see that they are two different flyers. and even if you didn’t reading would tell you that they are two different flyers.

Adult Education has nothing to do with the college. the college is just where they chose to host their courses thus the reason payment is required.

Only in Dominica one will make an announcement on June 7, with a deadline of June 4.

ADMIN: A new flyer will be provided shortly with the corrected date.

Where did Zandoli see June 4th deadline? I may be deaf in my eyes but I am seeing 14th. Lol
Don’t be gullible DNO we are just experts at being critical

ADMIN: Agreed about being critical, but a change was made.

I like Dominicans expertise in being critical. Some of us old schoolers received lots of positive criticism. It was like whole villages rising us. It was like we had parental guidance lurking in every part of your community and teachers too.
When I was building a home in the 1970’s I remember Mr Tite of then Smith nd Lord giving me lessons for laying tiles even with diagrams. I succeeded in laying all the tiles for 4 rooms and a porch. When I decided to raise chickens and pigs Mr John McIntire taught me so well that I had pock every Christmas and sold eggs while holding a full time job.
So those short courses are a must and must be continued. A reasonable cost should not be a problem because there is more appreciation when you pay. There is the element of a higher value. Maybe later this training sessions can be given scholarship settings. Great Job people.

Admin, nothing personal. I am my harshest critic. I set high standards for myself. I don’t like sloppiness and mediocrity.

Even if June 14 is the deadline, one week is not sufficient notice to give people who may be interested. People may have already made plans beyond one week.

ADMIN: Your feedback was appreciated and very helpful. The point of agreement was that in general our society tends towards excessive and prohibitive criticism – red, blue, light or dark.

Happy to learn that this is free. Sorry. My mistake I am human not perfect. But free or not its a great idea. I just hope there is a practical on hands process. I hope it includes Computer Operation (computer/laptop use)
