We are inviting applicants for the following positions:-
The Housekeeping Supervisor manages all aspects of hotel’s housekeeping department and ensures that guest rooms and public areas of the hotel are maintained to industry standards. The Supervisor manages a team of Room, Laundry and Public Area Attendants and Housemen.
The ideal candidate must have completed studies in Tourism & Hospitality and experience at the supervisory level particularly in Housekeeping at a hotel. Must possess knowledge of good housekeeping standards, have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills and must be able to work on a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
The Pastry Cook must be skilled in the making of a variety of pastries, desserts, breads, hors d’oeuvres and other baked goods.
The ideal candidate may possess Certification in Pastry & Bakery or Culinary Arts. Experience in pastry making preferably in a hotel setting would be an asset. Must also possess knowledge of Food Safety procedures (storage & temperature).
The Bartender is responsible for creating a positive guest drinking experience by mixing and serving beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. The Bartender is expected to be attentive to guest needs, making them feel comfortable, and relaxed.
The ideal candidate must possess Certification in Bartending or Extensive knowledge of Cocktails, Wines, and other Beverages having worked in a similar capacity. Must have an outgoing personality and ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
