DSS, in this day and age? This is discrimination. You are specifically stating that the applicant must be from this zone to get this job? Did you ever think that someone can do this job and live with their family in one of the areas within that zone? What if I live in Calibishie or Anse du Mai which are communities close enough to do this job in the specified area. I suggest you review the way in which your adverts are written so that the unemployed will not feel slighted.

You can tell a diaspora by their posts. Dont you think that they may have had issues with not specifying that tiny zone detail before? People take job then complain about distance especially when they have to work beyond regular hours. Slighted my foot! Dominicans generally do not like to work too far from their homes anyway.
