Where’s the DATA or information on people who got the vaccine and died days after? People with adverse reactions?

The stats show that only 6 persons have gottten the 2nd shot between 29th november and 1st december. Is that correct.
Would also be good to know the status on the persons who died. In the beginning we heard everything. Is it because we have not learnt anything?
