Although 51 deaths is 51 deaths too many, it’s 0.5% of confirmed cases. Vaccines and boosters are available to those who want them, we can still wear masks in crowded indoor spaces, we have a natural bounty of vegetables, provisions, fruits, and herbs, and lots of ways to get fit and healthy in our beautifully natural environment – so isn’t it about time we got back to normal again?
The games that we play with the lives of others. We could have avoided this. Con games never work out well. Remember what they said about the vaccine? They knew all along how the vaccine would function or malfunction. They promoted it as a solution. They neglected to seek behavioural change from the population. Very little effort has been made, even while this is written, to teach the people the correct way to protect themselves and others. Just take a trip on any bus or walk through Roseau for the evidence.
