An elderly man residing in Bourne has been reported missing by police.
Joseph Ferrol, 80, better known as Mr. Cool was reported missing on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at about midday.
He was allegedly last seen at Jimmit on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, wearing greyish long pants, a navy blue shirt, a cap on his head, and black slippers.
He is 5ft 2 inches in height.
Anyone having information as to the whereabouts of Ferrol is asked to call 911, telephone numbers 266-5164, 266-5165, 2665157, 266-5119 or contact the nearest police station.
Oh My! Knew this Gentleman all my life, very close to my Mom and Aunt. Keeping asking about him over the years but was unable to find out anything concrete. I grew up with him in ’70s and early 80’s very kind and love by all who knows him especially the trucking community that he was involved in for so many years. A great gentleman. Hoping for a great outcome of his whereabouts, such decent chap in my interactions with him as a young man. Wishing all the best and prayers for him and his family at this very difficult time. Something is not right. Why in such a small country, we are having so many missing people?
What are the authorities doing? Are they hibernating? In any country with a real police force, and real police officers, they would not sleep on that!! Its frightening, and does not paint a good image of the country.
