CHECK THIS OUT: A different perspective on the politics of the RUSM departure

In his essay Transparency, Ross University and the National Interest, Gabriel Christian examined the politics of the Ross departure. Many other individuals including a former supreme court justice, several politicians, lawyers and unaffiliated individuals have weighed in on this high profile event applying their own analyses from the local and regional viewpoint.

Gabriel Christian, this time via an audio recording, provides a different perspective that takes a look beyond local and regional politics to another possible cause for the decision by Adtalem, the owner of Ross, to move the medical school out of Dominica.

We believe this is a fresh take on a topic which has already attracted a lot of commentary. We invite you to check it out.

Waste of time Gabo, but good to see you can now talk of DAAS. When you were asked questions on DAAS a couple years ago you went under your stone where no one could find you.
How timely and convenient it is for you to come forward with all the answers and reasoning now even if you are very wrong again.

That is Gabriel’s opinion, as usual like the UWP opposition he provides no evidence to support his baseless conclusions. Gabriel is just an UNCLE TOM who has chosen the interest of his adopted Homeland America above that of Dominica. Gabriel knows that America’s interest in Venezuelan is oil, they care nothing about oppressed people of Venezuelan, it is always American interest first. Do we have a resolution from the USA asking about the billions of dollars raised and pledged to Haiti after the earthquake? Absolutely not as there is nothing left in Haiti for America to plunder.

@Anon, do you know that America is the world’s biggest producer and exporter of oil? Get your facts before you talk such rubbish. America will punish overtly and covertly anyone who dares stand in its way. Skerritt better put that in his pipe and smoke it.

Gabu and the Roger Bruney MITC ppl will continue to create these wild conspiracies in an effort to unseat the Government.

One story after the other making allegations and trying to let them stick.

Then they get their people in the media to throw them out there and then the talking heads go to work.

    Propaganda 101

It’s really a very curious perspective that you have laid out there in the public domain for debate, Mr. Christian. But in my honest opinion, I think you’re punching at ghosts. Personally, I think your idea is somewhat of a stretch. This geopolitical argument is not thoroughly supported by facts, it’s more of a speculation than a factual assertion. Anyway, it’s food for thought.

Interesting perspective. I knew there was something else besides Maria that caused them to leave. smh.

Sorry sir, but you are incorrect…Ross University is a private international medical school located in the Caribbean. It is NOT a U.S. medical school…it only has accreditation in U.S. as well as UK. and the Caribbean.

Many people (at least those with their eyes and ears open) have been saying that national security was one of the issues in the RUSM departure. Just look at how they rushed to evacuate their citizens after the storm –
even those born to Dominican parents.
