Should Christians eat blood?

The above question is a very serious one for consideration by all who claim to be Christians; even non-Christians would do well to consider it too since we all have to give an account to the Almighty God for our actions.

I encourage all, especially those who claim to be Christians, to read ALL the Scriptures in this article.

After Noah and his family came out of the ark, God allowed them to eat meat, but not the blood. Genesis 9:4. God repeated to the Israelites that they were not to eat ANY manner of blood. The person eating blood was to be cut off, killed. Leviticus 17:10, 12-14.

So God was very serious then about the use of blood. God is still very serious about the matter of blood today. How do we know that? In the New Testament, God further repeated that Christians are to abstain from blood. Acts 15:20, 28, 29; Acts 21:25. “Abstain” means to refrain; to keep away from from something. For example, the verses in Acts say to “abstain from fornication.”

We know this means to refrain or keep away from fornication, since fornication is a serious sin against God. So to abstain from blood must mean to refrain or keep away from blood.

Therefore, is it right for a Christian to eat blood pudding (black pudding), or any type of food made with blood as part of its ingredients? This is not asked to stir up controversy, but for us to prove what is acceptable unto the Lord. Ephesians 5:10. I respect the choice of anyone in this matter, but I am simply bringing to the attention of the public what God’s true inspired Word really teaches on the subject of blood as to whether or not it is proper to eat blood.

Another matter in relation to blood usage can be discussed but I choose not to discuss it here. Consider the question again: Should Christians eat blood? May we all consider the aforementioned information very seriously and think of pleasing God, not ourselves.

You know although I hate to do this, but I must because some of the nonsense I am reading here regarding the ingestion, absorption, or eating of blood is so ridiculous that it is not funny, some people go to the extent of talking about blood in red meat, and some claimed that God will not send people to hell for only they know what.

The reason for the confusion in opinions is because most of the people who are talking even the one who believe because a person said that they are a Christian, people should simple accept they are is so wrong; the Bible teaches, that one must study the word of God in so doing they will be in a position to rightly divide the word of truth.

Now the above is not a direct quote, but if some who are talking really studied the subject, they would have known about the instructions Jehovah God, gave to the Jews on how they should prepare the meat before eating it.

In the first place, when the animal is slaughtered it must be hung and drained of all it blood. Even in my day as a kid when I grew up in Wesley, and people slaughtered animals it would be hung upside down to drain overnight, before it was chopped up and sold the following day.

It is as simply as that where is the mystery.

Knowledge is power, wisdom is strength, all of this can be obtained if only some people take time to study the word of God, and not listen to some of the crap that is written here regarding the issue.

When God said to abstain from blood, he knew that the draining of the blood would leave some residue of blood in the meet, thus red meat or any other color will never change no matter how many days the meat is drained of the blood.

As I said I can go into a plenty of medical, and scientific reasons why people should not eat blood, but this is not the time and place, and if some will defy God word, I see no reason why an medical and scientific expatiation will help.

You speak of confusion and that Christians are wrong. Where did you go wrong? You, too, think you are correct and Christians are not correct. You have erred.
Are you aware that the Old Testament is based on the Jewish tradition and not that of Our Lord Jesus Christ and His teachings, even though when He lived, he observed their tradition for love, respect and peace?
Our Lord established the Christian faith on this earth 2000 years ago. Prior to His Passion, Crucifixion and Death, He prayed in the Garden that all might be one. He knew what some people of the world would be like and would cause divisions.
Ask yourself. Would you take advice from your enemies and deviate from your teaching and tradition? Those who do are not intelligent.
Why should Christians take advice from their enemies and ignore their tradition? I am not swayed and will never accept advice from the enemies of the Christian faith for, they are our enemies.
Christians have the New Testament give to them by Our Almighty Father through His Blessed Son our Lord Jesus Christ and as I have previously stated, this is enough for us.
We do not need the advice from the enemies of the Christian faith. I hope in the future the writer of the article, yourself and others who think that you are experts on this matter will keep your views to yourself and cease attacking Christians and offering them advice. We do not want your advice which is of no use to us. It is a violation of our Christian rights and freedom.

While most of these people are declaring to know the Bible claiming that they have studied and are now “speaking thus says the Lord”; they do not have the slightest clue, and could never understand what the Lord has said through His word because they cannot mention the conviction of His Holy Spirit in their lives.

But yes! As you have said it: Jesus Christ is the channel by which God Almighty maade a covenant–the new agreement with His chosen people–which He spoke through His prophet Jeremiah saying:

“Behold the days are comming when I wll make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah. A new covenant because the law that gave to Moses for the people, was not working because the carnal nature of man’s mind.

So God decided: “I will put my law in their minds and I will write it on their hearts; and I will be their God and they shall be my people.
No more shall every man teach his brother and every man, his neigbour, saying know the Lord, for they all shall know Him from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the Lord. Jeremiah 31: 31-34

I know that this agreement came through Jesus Christ, for God had made that same promise to Abraham, through his son Isaac. So Isaac is know as the son of the Promise of God.

The new covenant from God was the basic reason for Jesus’ humiliation, suffering, and dying on the cross; that agreement was the reason for Jesus’ burial and resurrection.

Before His ascension, He told His deciples to stay in Jerusalem until they recieved the Power from Heaven–the promise of the Father, which He would send. That power reigned on them while they prayed and waited in an upper room–120 of them at first.

It was that day, which we now know as the “Day of Pentecost” that God began to established His covenant with His chosen people; on that day 3000 believers in Jesus Christ was added to the first 120. The Church grew to over 5000 and the number is numerous all over the world today.

Those of us who have received this covenant know that it is the indwelling of God’s Holy Spirit in us–who then becomes our only teacher–as through His wisdom and understanding in us, He urges us to pass on our knowledge of Him to others, through our various testimonies.

In other words those who are not filled with God’s Holy Spirit–to know His wisdom and revelation–do not know God Almighty and so they have no testimony of Him and His Ways; they cannot speak it to others.

Any person can read the Bible and talk back the words of the Bible, but that does mean they are teaching people about God, for without His Holy Spirit all that others hear from them is confusion–neither can they themselves understand we, who have the wisdom and revelation of God’s Holy Spirit.

who elected you as a spokesman for other christians? both old and new testaments tell that the eating of blood is wrong.
it is not a food, but is demanded by God as the only way for sin to be forgiven. Jesus’s spilt blood obtained our forgiveness, God doesn’t want it treated lightly as it lessens its importance.

      @Telemaque

You did not have to hate doing anything, no asked for your opinion, since it is irrelevant, and is simply the expressions of unfair critics once again, which most of us can live without.

If you could understand that Christians–who knows God Almighty and His principles of Life—Love in us—already understand the concept and command as God spoke it to His chosen servants in the Holy Bible–pertaining to abstaining from the use of flood–who passed this message on to us, you would know that the theme in the article above is also unnecessary.

That is what those of us who know it are talking about–what you have described as nonsense.

The teaching in the Bible to abstain from blood was a teaching to early Gentiles and Jews who had accepted Jesus Christ as their saviour–those people of today are known as Christians–and especially sincere in faith. We know and follow the commandments of Jesus Christ, to the glory of God Almighty–whom Jesus calls Father.

Today, Spiritual instinct is enough to tell someone who is filled with God’s Holy Spirit, that God is not delighted in the intake of blood as the writer of this article is speaking about it–he just did not come out in the open about his opinion; I know what it is.

In order words the habit, which was in the people of Jesus’ days was corrected, as His disciples taught them, when those people accepted Jesus and to maintain a relationship with Him by faith.

That is why the apostle Paul teaches those of us who have accepted Jesus Christ as our saviour to know how our attitude and conducts are ammended in Jesus Christ: Paul tells us “For you were once darkness, but now you are Light in the Lord, and so, our thrive is to walk in the Light” Ephesians 5: 8

You are right, as Christians who are filled with God’s Holy Spirit, we do not need the wisdom and philosophy of human beings pertaining to medecine, what you call expatiation.

The reason is because we already know that: “By the stripes of Jesus Christ we are healed”. Isaiah 53: 5. We accept that healing for both our physcial and spiritual self by our channel of faith.

DNO, this is a hot topic and one which is dear to my heart, in that, defending the Christian faith, beliefs and practices. I wrote much more but had to eliminate some of it. If you feel that it is worthy of the commentary column, please feel free to post it there. Thank you.
I have noted for some years during Lent, there are articles and also movies which are against the Christian beliefs and practices and the denunciation of same. It appears that there is something about Lent, our Christian beliefs and practices which bring out these types of adverse attitude in non-Christians.
This is the truth of the matter. I object to the writer, in his article, criticizing our Christian heritage and making himself out to be a God by judging us for what he claimed to be his truth. Since your practice does not represent us and by no means in our estimation is the truth, my suggestion is that you live and let live and leave well alone.
Why concern yourself with what Christians eat and drink? What is it to do with you? Why judge Christians for drinking/eating the blood of edible meat? It is their prerogative to do so or not. In fact, they do not drink the blood of beef/meat. They prepare it in such a manner that it is eaten and not drank. Our forefathers, mothers who taught us and others who observed this practice would not have done so otherwise if it were not good for us. Furthermore, the blood contains nutrients without which it would be devoid of same and would not healthily benefit us. Ask an honest and well-learned Dietitian and a Homeopathic doctor.
Have you ever eaten in a restaurant or in a fast food chain? The chicken and meat contain blood and are cooked and baked as is. So are fishes.
Judge not that you may not be judged accordingly and bring condemnation upon yourself.
We need to exercise our basic common sense if we truly possess it. Why do you think that God created meat and fish? Is it to only to breed, roam the world, multiply and also to simply ignore? Surely, there must be an essential reason for their existence, breeding and eating. Our ancestors established what meat we should eat and not eat. I would not question that. No doubt, it could be through the inspiration of God Himself.
God will never send people, namely Christians to Hell for the blood of meat which is prepared in an edible and delicious manner. For one, there is not one Christian and practicing one who drink blood. If they do, then, they are not genuine Christians.
God will send people/souls to Hell for not worshiping Him and through His Blessed Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, not obeying His Commandments, two of which are, “Thou shalt not commit adultery and Love one another which is contained in the Bible, the Old and New Testament, the latter as affirmed by Our Lord Jesus Christ” and for rejecting Him. One Commandment contains all the Commandments, love for God and love for one another. In fact, they will condemn themselves.
Two thousand years ago God sent His Only Son that whoever believes in Him might be saved and obtain eternal salvation.
The Ten Commandments of God – The Law was given through Moses, grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. John 1:17.
For specifically those who state that “I go by the Bible”, nowhere is it contained in the New Testament that Our Lord stated we should not eat meat and drink the blood of meat. In any case, Christians do not drink the blood of meat/beef as is. They eat it when prepared for consumption. For further information, it is no longer blood in the raw form.

1 Timothy 4:7 – False Asceticism – Now the Spirit explicitly says that in the last times some will turn away from the faith by paying attention to deceitful spirits and demonic instructions through the hypocrisy of liars with branded consciences. They forbid marriage and require abstinence from foods that God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. For everything created by God is good, and nothing is to be rejected when received with thanksgiving, for it is made holy by the invocation of God in prayer. If you will give these instructions to the brothers, you will be a good minister of Christ Jesus, nourished on the words of the faith and of the sound teaching you have followed.
Pertaining to the New Testament, aside from the Christian religious teachings of The Church, do we need any other teacher? Our Lord taught us. The writings of the apostles were inspired by His Holy Spirit and this is good enough for us.

The author of the article seems to be coming from a Jehovah’s Witness perspective. According to the extracts from theological evidence he is right and there is medical wisdom from abstaining from ingesting blood.

If I am correct that the author is a Jehovah’s Witness then my issue is with the blood transfusion. It is sad that a sect’s theological reasoning would assert that blood transfusion to aid in saving one’s life medically would be equated with ‘eating’ or ingesting blood. In divine law and even Christian scholars, secular people specialize in law, no matter what branch of law one studies would conclude that this reasoning is flawed.

In conclusion, the author is correct regarding the eating of blood based on theological evidence however, if it is a Jehovah’s Witness perspective then I totally disagree with their interpretation regarding blood transfusion.

    • Francisco Telemaque
      March 7, 2012

I beg to defer with you, because it is not simply from a Jehovah Witness prospective, for it is thus said the Lord!

While it is true that the Religion stress that blood transfusion should not be accepted, the abstinence from blood is a command from God.

One cannot believe in God, Jehovah, and his son Jesus Christ and not believe in his words, the religion Jehovah Witness teaching on the subject is correct, in spite of how you view the religion.

And regardless who present it, even as a national anthem, one either accept it, or reject it at their own perils?

Blood is the life-giving fluid of the body, it is regarded as the seat of life; however, since shed, blood also signifies death, the word is used of both life, and death.

Blood should not be eaten by Christians, or none Christians.

It is written in Leviticus Chapter 7:26 ” Moreover ye shall eat no manner of blood, whether it be of foul or of beast, in any of your dwellings.” Continuing in verse 27, it states ” Whatsoever soul it be that eateth any manner of blood, even that soul shall be cut off from his people.”

    Again in Deuteronomy chapter 12:15,16.

” Notwithstanding thou mayest kill and eat flesh in all thy gates, whatsoever thy soul lusteth after, according to the blessings of the Lord thy God which he hath given thee: the unclean and the clean may eat thereof, as of the roebuck, and as of the hart.

Verse 16: ” Only ye shall not eat the blood; ye shall pour it upon the earth as water.

I know in Dominica, and most part of the Caribbean people make blood pudding, mixed with rice and other ingredients, it taste good, however that is one practice that people should not indulge into.

That is the word of God.

Now I can get involve into medical, and scientific reasons why we should not even accept blood transfusions, but that is for another time and place.

We should know what is acceptable to the Lord and as the Church teaches according to the teachings of Holy Scripture, the New Testament.
Read The Ten Commandments of God. This is primarily sufficient for us Christians to know what is acceptable and not acceptable to the Lord. In this respect, we do not need the advice of outsiders – of the Christian faith.
We do not have to read and to listen to others and accept for credence what those who are not specifically a Christian state, those who do not share and practice of this faith and who have not accepted Christianity, namely, Our Lord Jesus Christ and His teachings.
Another excellent book to read is Imitation of Christ.
Holy Scriptures: “Beware of false prophets.” Read, study and pray your Holy Bible which is the Word of God, through His Blessed Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ and through the inspiration of His Holy Spirit to the apostles.

whenever you cook meat there will always be some traces of blood in it. What the bible means that the blood must be drained from the animal as a sacrifice when it is killed.

  14. March 6, 2012

    To: Roy Flintoff

Eat blood? What do you mean by eat blood? Do you know of anyone–especially a Christian–who spoon-up blood from their feeding bowl like soup? Otherwise that question is irrelevant.

Or are you suggesting that people should not eat red meat? And if that is not what you are suugesting, how do you remove the blood from the meat of cows, goats, sheep, and oxens?

And all of the above, God commanded the Israelites to sacrifice as burnt offerings for various sins and cleansing purpose.

And what is the difference between eating a piece of beef and a slice of what we black pudding made with rice, shives, and an amount of curdled blood, which fills a length of stripes of the particular animal?

Just to remind you that all of those conscerns are still the works of religion–the rules and regulations that cannot bring us Salvation.

“Salvation comes by faith, it is a gift of God, not by works, lest anyone should boast”. Ephesians 2: 8-9

When a person has Salvation by the grace of God Almighty, He will teach that person His Ways of Love–the Ways of Life in Jesus Christ.

That is why the apostle Paul teaches us: “Let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths, which are a shadow of things to come, but the substance is in Chirst”. Colosians 2: 16-17

God is after our soul–our spirit self, where Life must exist in us by His Grace of Love.

It is not about what we eat and drink for those things are physical, which goes into our stomach and most of it comes out of our physical bodies as waste material. According to Jesus they are foods that spoils and do not give Eternal Life.

Jesus tells us to feed on the food that stays good always and give us Eternal Life. He said that this food is His flesh and blood–better known as the “Bread of Life”. Read the whole story at John 6

Human wisdom and philosphy will do nothing for us, who are searching for the Kingdom of God. Lest we forget!

let us be realistic know one should be judge by the foods they eat, that is according to what is written, but the actions of faith will lead to perfection, and my reason is,adam and eve was perfect, because creation was and still is perfect, what ever issue’s we have or live by right now,is as a result of our imperfection,so i do not see the point of trying to hide behind what is written, and let it be our excuse to live glutton,as far as i see,we now do have not any excuse’s,because we know right from wrong.

You are contradicting yourself. Check the Gospel of John in the New Testament. St. Paul also mentioned it.
On the night before he was betrayed, his Passion and Death he took the Cup and then the Bread (each), prayed to his (our) Heavenly Father and said to his disciples: “Take, drink and eat all of you. “This is My Body and Blood given up – which will be shed for. Do this in memory of Me…Whoever drinks My Blood and Eats My Flesh has everlasting life in him/her and I will raise him/her up on the last day.”
A Miracle is performed when the Host is blest. It is said that since we are not perfect, we do not notice it.
During the Consecration, some holy people in bygone years saw angels surrounding the Altar. Once again, we do not notice it for obvious reason.
Our Lord referred to his Blood because he shed his blood for us. There are some who will not comprehend it and even deny it. I urge them prior to making statements and denying the fish and meat that God gave us for our consumption and nutrition for health purposes that we should not eat them, to pray to God for enlightenment. They all contain blood. Much more could be stated about that.
Anonymous, keep taking your Holy Communion. Also, eat your meat, fish and delicious black pudding  Furthermore, black pudding is not something people eat daily as part of the menu. We could do far worst than that in offending God and it is by no means offending God when we eat edible meat, etc. Many people have their own interpretation of Holy Scriptures.

Why is religion being used as a guide to determine what we should eat as a means of pleasing God, this is so absurd i cannot understand the rational but only say that this thing called religion and Christianity has robbed the mind of man to think.

We as humans are given senses to receive our information within, and more important our intelligence, to understand. The writer of the commentary clearly illustrates silliness and lazy thinking by insinuating that meat is good to eat because it was written in the Bible that it was instructed by God to Noah, very sad indeed but again this what religion does to the mind of man

As to the symbolism of blood drinking used in the ritual by Catholics during their service that to is very strange and bewildering. The questions we should be asking ourselves is whether these beliefs and actions are truly intended by God and are they necessary things needed to know God.Why people believe that these things are needed to please God as the writer of the above commentary would like to think. It is time mankind learn to think for themselves because if they don’t someone else will do the thinking for them, is that how we were created to be.

Half of the meat we eat by time you put it in the POT, there is still blood in it anyway.
Maybe we need to vacuum or suck out the Blood too before we cook it?..stupes..

when the ark landed, God gave to man animals fish and birds for his food, before this time it was a veggie diet. He told man to drain the life blood to the ground, before eating the flesh. therefore if we follow that proceedure we satisfy God. no need to be concerned about red meat. If it drained out of a cut throat, that’s enough, eat, enjoy. but never cause stress fear,or suffering to the animal. if the throat is cut cleanly the animal ghoes into shock, without pain.

as long as Christians bless any thing before they eat it, they are good to go. They shall eat any deadly thing and it will not hurt them.

And I have never heard such nonsense uttered by someone as you. I do think you are exaggerating and missed the point of the matter. I am certain that you have heard some shocking nonsense uttered in the past, in the present and more to come in the future, which are not pertaining to religious matters.
One day, the truth will be revealed to you. While God has given you time and you have, no doubt, obtained intelligence from him, make the most of it to learn more about the truth of this matter. May you not miss the boat of eternal salvation.

        @ peace

Obviously! It goes without saying. A Christian should know this. When they pray and ask God to bless others and the food that we eat, He blesses from on high.
Same as when the Priest says, “I baptize you, in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.” God, whom nothing is hidden from, blesses them from on high.
How many denounce this baptism especially when they join other churches. God knows this too well.

NO IT IS NOT RIGHT FOR A CHRISTIAN TO EAT BLOOD. The Bible clearly states that it is wrong as you have mentioned the bible text Actes 15 vs 20,28,29.We need to tell it to everyone not as a burden but for each to be edified. 1 corinthians 10 : 31 says”whether therefore ye eat,or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of GOD. DEAR CHRISTIANS your body is the temple of God:1corinthians 6 vs 19″ What know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God,and ye are not your own”. vs 20 says : “for ye are bought with a price; therefore gloryfy God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s”. The temple of the Lord should not be defiled by nothing that the Lord says is unclean. NOTE/ 2 Timothy vs16 says: “ALL SCRIPTURE IS GIVEN BY INSPIRATION OF GOD, AND IS PROFITABLE FOR DOCTRINE, FOR REPROOF, FOR CORRECTION, FOR INSTRUCTION IN RIGHTEOUSNESS/ vs 17 THAT THE MAN OF GOD MAY BE PERFECT, THROUGHLY FURNISHED UNTO ALL GOOD WORKS.(so dear christians wether it be OLD or NEW TESTAMENTS).

      @ Reality

So much for your reality. The views of this man who wrote the article and of some others do not represent Christian practices, values and virtues.
What are you eating? Are you a vegetarian? I recently heard that vegetarians look pale. This is because they have rejected meat which our God created for us. Some vegetarians have died; they did not live long. This should tell us something. We need meat with the blood for nutritional value. Moderation in eating and drinking will not kill us or cause us to get sick and to go to Hell. Let us utilize our mortal (moral) and spiritual judgment in this matter and not allow ourselves to be influenced by false prophets of our times.

Me too! I love blood pudding. It tastes so good. I have also not had some for a few years. My mouth is watering for some. Hope this summer at a BBQ or another social function. I will get some
Once I had a party and asked a friend to make me some. I went to the market, purchased the relevant items and the friend came to my home and we made some. It was delicious! I am certain that our God did not object to it.
Anonymous, there is so much to share with you and others on religious, Catholic matters. God bless you! Keep up the faith and your Catholic practice and devotions! God is on your side. You cannot go wrong and will never go wrong.

Which Christian can you mention that eats blood?

    • Humanist
      March 6, 2012

Almost all of them, since Jesus had that line about drinking his blood and all that. Believe you me: not everyone interprets drinking the blood and eating the flesh symbolically. This is why pagans sometimes portrayed the early Christians as cannibals and vampire-like demons. You can read accounts of that kind of thing in some early texts describing the first Christians.

His teaching is absolutely wrong to the bone and misleading. This is the problem with some people who misinterpret Holy Scriptures. Our Lord spoke of them: “…Teaching as doctrines human precepts.”

1-Blood is a liquid therefore one cannot “eat blood”

2 – Blood is used metaphorically in the Bible so seek its hidden meaning.

The bible also say not what goes into a man defiles him but rather….Quit quoting parts of the bible that is convenient for you. Hitting / eating the when you are not married is also wrong but men of the cloth (in particular those from the north) does it constsnatly while preaching agains it from the pulpit (7years?). Go figure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Further, the bible only applies to those who believe in it.

It’s ok if you dont eat black pudding or other things associted with blood 8) because the laws of supply and demand dictate that the less people that eat, the cheaper it will be so MORE for me.

    • charlo
      March 6, 2012

Sorry but your use of scripture seems to be incorrect to the topic at hand. When the Messiah stated that its not what goes into a man defiles him but rather comes out, he was responding to criticism that he and his apostles didn’t clean themselves before eating (please read the ENTIRE chapter instead of just one verse). To defile something is to corrupt or sicken. Do you really think you can eat anything and not get “defiled”? It sounds like you are quoting scripture that supports YOU. Medically, eating/drinking blood prepared or un-prepared is still very dangerous.

IN LEVITICUS AS YOU HAVE MENTIONED ; GOD SAID ANY ONE WHO EATS BLOOD SHOULD BE KILLED BUT IF YOU LOOK IN THE BOOK OF EXODUS YOU WILL FIND THE TEN COMMANDMENTS ….EXODUS CHAPTER 20 VERSES 1-17 BUT VERSE 13 STATES THAT…THOU SHALL NOT KILL. WHICH ONE DO YOU CHOOSE THE BIBLE HAS A LOT OF CONTRADICTIONS .MY PERSONAL OPINION IS ,,,WHAT WILL ANY MAN PROFIT AFTER KILLING SOMEONE BECAUSE THEY HAVE EATEN BLOOD? RELIGION /CHRISTIANITY IS BASED ON ONES PERSONAL BELIEF .EACH ONE OF US MUST DO WHAT WE THINK IS RIGHT FOR US BECAUSE IT IS NOT ONLY EATING BLOOD WHICH IS WRONG IN GODS EYES .EACH ONE IS RESPONSIBLE OF HIS OWN ACTIONS.ARE WE PUTTING PEOPLE WHO HAVE KILLED FOR NO VALUABLE REASON IN THE SAME POSITION WITH SOMEONE WHO EATS BLOOD ,,,OR THOSE WHO RAPE, ETC? MOST IMPORTANT I DO NOT FOLLOW OR PERTAIN TO ANY RELIGION WHAT SO EVER,,,BECAUSE I WAS RAPED AS A CHILD AT SO CALLED CHRISTIANS HOME ALMOST EVERY NIGHT AND THE PERSON WHO DID IT PREACHED THE TEN COMMANDMENTS EARLY SUNDAY MORNING…

Since blood is the vehicle through which nutrients and disease. is transported throughout the body, God is truly
trying to protect us from diseases that the animals may carry among other reasons.

    • lmao
      March 7, 2012

how about if he hadn’t created those diseases in the first place?

      • Dawoud D
        March 7, 2012

Generally, for every disease there is a cure even if we haven’t discovered the cure for a few diseases. Secondly, anything that God creates that is bad from a human perspective, that thing created is not 100% bad. For example, castor oil seeds are poisonous however once the poison is extracted carefully it can be used to make castor oil which is beneficial for our use.

        @ Dawoud D

Our Almighty Father provide evidence pertaining to His Blessed Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ coming to earth, teaching, suffering, dying and resurrected. Yet people as you have rejected him. He is The One who will judge all nations and people on that day, the Day of Judgment.
Leave Christians alone, the faithful ones for that matter. Our Lord said, “Those who believe in Him will never die” eternally. Take it or leave it. The path you choose is the path you will end up on and to eternity.
