PHOTO OF THE DAY: A refreshing drink

Photographers – novice, amateur or professional – in Dominica are asked to submit photos, photographer credit and caption to [email protected] for consideration for the Photo of the Day feature, daily on dominicanewsonline.com or news.dm.

Submissions can be accompanied by a brief profile and contact information of the photographer. Submissions will be published in the order they were received.

Photos must be taken of Dominicans and things Dominican. Note that submissions advertising any form of business or business activity will not be published.

Dominica News Online also encourages the submission of a variety of photos, ranging from nature shots, people shots, weird shots, interesting human interest shots, and anything ‘newsy.’

Photographs submitted should be the property of the contributor or where this is not the case, the contributor should obtain the permission of the owner before submitting the photograph.

    People, she is pretending to be drinking, watch the side smile on her face. We could do this some time ago in DA but not again – untreated water? Think again.

    Not sure that is safe. Ground water may be loaded with arsenic and other chemicals you cannot taste.

      shaka zulu you turn science master all of a sudden,people been drinking that water before you were before you were born, and it did not kill them,god bless these waters,have a little faith o ye of so little,what does not kills ,fatten :-|

    That is a really nice photo, she looks so Natural and sexy. I miss the fresh water flowing from the Zion. Pay attention Dominicans this is your most vital natural resource, soon to be stolen and sold abroad. Remember I told you that. You never miss the water till the well runs dry.

    I don’t recommend this for anyone who has not been living in Dominica. The last time I visited Dominica I had an attack of nostalgia and drank the water like that. It was good and refreshing, but I had diarrhea and stomach cramps for days.

      You should have taken some more… ..you had a natural cleanse that cost you nothing. If you had paid for it from the store in a box you would not have minded the loose stools or the cramps you would have told yourself that your cleanse was working. lol. See how we can look at nature differently?
