One thing we can say about Dominica, is the good soil, and great healthy food and vegetables, like the avocado pear, shown in the photo, it looks very, very appetizing.

Just paid a king’s ransom for a few in London. Expensive but absolutely delicious.

Nothing beats a creamy Dominican avocado!

In that case you should move to Toronto. Last week I bought two large avocados for $.97 apiece. I can get 5 of the smaller ones for $2.99

        You are so lucky.

On Friday I paid £16 for 2 small bread fruits. In total, I spent £40 on the bread fruits, cucumbers a piece of yam and 2 avocados? Paradoxically, when I visit Dominica I do not eat much of it , as I fill up on the Loubiere water and bakes (Johnny Cakes).

A friend brought me some “cashew nut tablet” from Dominica , they were so yummy, I wish they were available in London.
