YumYum for sure!
There’s no place like home!
Love me some avocado but they are $2.00 to $5.00 in the Virgin Islands depends where you buy…. cant wait to come home to eat my belly full!
THIS ONE LOOKS VERYYYYY CREAMY!
This one seems to be the dry white one.
Boy oh boy!!! Sweet potatoe, dumplings, yellow yam and ripe plantain comes to mind with a slice or two of this beautiful home grown zaboka!!!! Mouth watering!!! God bless Dominica!!
what a coincidence…. i’m having this right now
I have two beautiful trees in my back yard they are loaded right now sweet like hell, along with a mango tree in Hollywood FL.
If you think hell is sweet…
Grown by the Chinese.
One thing we can say about Dominica, is the good soil, and great healthy food and vegetables, like the avocado pear, shown in the photo, it looks very, very appetizing.
Wait till we get hooked on Pizza Hut, KFC, McDonalds …and other cancer-causng American junk foods.
my mouth is watering
Oh yes!
Just paid a king’s ransom for a few in London. Expensive but absolutely delicious.
Nothing beats a creamy Dominican avocado!
In that case you should move to Toronto. Last week I bought two large avocados for $.97 apiece. I can get 5 of the smaller ones for $2.99
You are so lucky.
On Friday I paid £16 for 2 small bread fruits. In total, I spent £40 on the bread fruits, cucumbers a piece of yam and 2 avocados? Paradoxically, when I visit Dominica I do not eat much of it , as I fill up on the Loubiere water and bakes (Johnny Cakes).
A friend brought me some “cashew nut tablet” from Dominica , they were so yummy, I wish they were available in London.
