I HOPE THE PEOPLE FROM FONT SAINT GEN AND POWELL AT GRAND BAY ARE NOT TAKING OF THEIR SHOES IN ORDER TO CROSS TO GET TO THEIR HOMES .THIS BRIDGE IS VERY NICE TO SEE BUT I THINK AREAS WHERE PEOPLE SHOULD CROSS A RIVER EVERY DAY TO GO TO SCHOOL ETC I THINK IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO BUILD BRIDGES THERE AND THEN THINK OF ELSE WHERE….
across the bridge..there’s no more sorrow………this looks awesome
awesome.. hoping to go there soon
Why is a wooden bridge and not steel? Wood is weak and Finishes faster.
A steel bridge in the middle of a ‘nature’ walk?
Geez.
SMH
well said….
Across the bridge there is no more pain ! The sun is shining across the river and we dominicans we’ll never be unhappy living in such a beautiful country again
me gusta
Across the bridge there is no more sorrow…
So unique, natural beauty.
Ah never mind it say Section 11 of the Trail I’ll find it don’t worry
And where on the Trail is that Bridge?
Great. It is not clear which Department of Government or statutory body has responsibility for the maintainance or upkeep of the trail in its many segments. We walked the segment from Castle Bruce-Richmond to the Carib Territory a few months ago and it was in a terrible state of desrepair.A fee should be collected and Village Councils should be paid to keep the segments in their area or parish under maintainance.
nice shot!!
Nice perspective.
