Submissions can be accompanied by a brief profile and contact information of the photographer. Submissions will be published in the order they were received.

Well it must be sunrise, because the photographer is facing east and one cannot see the sun actually appear to go into the sea in the afternoon from Hodges, Woodford Hill, Calibishie or any where around there.
Yes. Unless the sun has ceased to rise in the east and set in the west, it has to be a sunrise on the east side of Dominica.
