great job to my sister Marlene and the teachers and students of the shalom pre school, and the cute finger sucking pilot is my nephew, for those concern about him sucking his thumb don’t u worry he will land u safe, worry about the real pilots that text and drink while they have ur lives in their hands, and to the one who spoke about parade and expense on parents, have u been to other countries where kids are dress up with devilish costumes and go house to house begging for candies, get a life and if u don’t have positive thing to say just be quiet. we quick to criticized and cannot do better. well done sis keep doing the good works

I hate when people use the “somebody else does do it so why can’t we excuse”. Halloween is a voluntary thing. Those who can afford it do, those who can’t don’t or make their own costumes. I have a daughter in pre-school and this is hard for me but I don’t want to exclude my kids from any school activity so I might sacrafice lunch a few days in the month or pay part of a bill.

Isn’t these costume parades a kind of expensive on the pockets of the parents. After these costumes are worn for 1 day, then that is it.

Whilst you do not want to ‘rain on the parade’ of the pre-schoolers and teachers but a cost benefit analysis need to be done since this costume consciousness is becoming the norm and is burdening the already stretched parents who many times find it hard to even pay the school fees from which these teachers get paid.

with due respect is it not a burden for parent to dress their little with some indecent clothing come on preschool is not about money why you make it a burden when the parents did not make it a burden for them, they took time out to dress their little ones.preschool is not about money it is about fun expose the kids, to the hands on things the real things, thanks

If we have to think of the cost of everything these days we won’t participate in anything…..these kids were so excited and anxious for this day it was a pleasure seeing their excitment.if you have a heart for your child cost won’t matter where their education is concerned. I’m sure it won’t be a problem for you to spend hundreds in a kkk jam or any sewo! Stop thinking of yourself and start on your children!!!!!!! You sound like an UNFIT PARENT!!!!!!!!

They taught me to shut up if I cant say anything nice. But why couldnt the girls dress as pilots too? and some boys as cabin crew members/flight attendants. Let’s not be sexist. I know of one or 2 dominican pilots whore women.
