The face looks familiar, and the first name, this looks like the guy that we use to be in the police force in antigua together, some ten years ago, i think he left the force though, not sure if its him, but if it is congrats man, always a funny guy, a bit talkative but will always give youa good laugh.
Is it the angle of the picture, the light or his shoes want clean and polish. It looks like a clarks. No clarks should be treated that way. LOL
