those birds are very hungry let them eat
I must say good shot the person who took the picture wonder full picture.thank you keep them coming.
I hope after to took that shot you pitch dem birds and eat your ting…lol
Lol lol
Hey somebody stop dem birds…Gush I love that fruit..
to the person who used to plimay those birds…i think you should be talking about that with regret….birds eats insect too and therefore are carnivores…..so if you are a carnivore eater i would much rather you eat a dog or cat…they are not endangered species…
too many stray dogs and cats so instead of getting all excited about memories of eating those poor birds why don’t you start getting rid of some of these dogs by eating them…..it also be beneficial on you pocket …meat is very expensive
We Dominican like talk to much lol
@ tiny guess u never eat chicken they do eat all what u just tell me
I love that fruit soo much, but I cannot find it here in Maryland.
try wegmans! but u will pay dearly! i actually put them back at the cash registry!
Take a trip back home
lots of that fruit on St.Croix. The juice taste good too
They nakking daggs on St.Thomas!
I love this fruit. I will have to go to DA to get some. I have not seen this one in the part of the world in which I reside. The fruit is sweet and so the birds cannot resist eating it. The smell of it will lure them to it.
By the time you get to DA you will get the “beck zozio”. Just clean it with a knife and you’re good to go.
ooooo so pretty :D
but seem them birds eating my kashima.. what a fruit!
This is not Kashima. It is Sugar-Apple locally known as Pomme-Canelle or just Canelle.
it is kashima u dope
u must be an adopted dominican lol….
i have to buy this for $2.99us a pound while the birds are enjoying it all in my sweet Dominica
@ new yorker
I reside in Toronto and have not seen it here. I have seen other West Indian fruits and purchased them but not this one. Probably other West Indian stores sell it in another location far from where I reside and where I do not shop. I will keep my eyes open for it.
When I visit N.Y., I will ensure that I am taken to a place where it is sold.
WELL, SORRY, BUT DON’T PUT YOUR HOPES TOO HIGH THIS FRUIT IS NOT IN NEW YORK EITHER. I LIVE THERE AND I HAVE NOT SEEN IT.
Only summer time you will get them.
New Yorker you brave I not paying 2.99 for that fruit here eh. I waiting when I home and I eating bird, feather and seed. No sah
seriously the things one can come to long for
I would pay 5.99 for it if I ever see it. LOL. I find myself paying 79 cents for ONE plantain!
Man, when you have not eaten these fruits in ions, you’d pay any amount of money for it eh.
@ Malthus
There are times when we see West Indian fruits and vegetables, our mouths water and temptation in purchasing them sets in so we make the sacrifice, close our eyes so-to-speak and purchase them. They may not be as tasty as those fresh ones in DA. It cannot be helped such is our love for our fruits and vegetables and eagerness to eat them.
OF’ COURSE, YOU WILL NOT PAY 2.99 FOR THAT. YOU ARE A TYPICAL DOMINICAN. YOU WANT EVERYTHING FREE. WHY DON’T YOU PLANT A TREE IN YOUR BACK YARD AND SEE HOW WELL IT WILL DO. DO YOU KNOW HOW FAR THIS FRUIT COME FROM BEFORE IT REACH YOUR STORE? CHEAPSKATE!!
It would have been nice to know the name of the fruit or else it is just a fruit; sugar apple in DA, sweep soup in other islands
Wish I was one of these birds there enjoying that star apple boy!
