Bonjay I want to get on a plane now, now, now….my sweet home is calling me…looking at this man bubbling 2 pots on the outside making me jealous…I remember those days making a lentil jot with a pool couwi (fowl) with my family and friends on our summer vacation…now a days children doh know these things is BBM they want so they could be online 24 7…home is sweet we must enjoy it while we can, because whenever we leave home we don’t get nature and sometimes we don’t feel free like being in D.A.

I gave all of you a Grade A, a Thumbs Up  except for one who stated that it reminds him/her of Bay Front. The person may be negative. I asked the person to provide an explanation.
This view makes me home sick. I visualize the interest and love the man is taking in the cooking.
How I wished too that I could have some of the food which is cooking. Makes me hungry. I love tasty Dominican cooking.
Whenever I cook/bake, the latter, be it bread and give to others, I always inform them that “it was made with love.”
Anything done cheerfully, with love and generosity will always be tasty. God blesses it and the effort from above including the giver and sharer.
I recall the other picture of meals which DNO posted last year. They looked sumptuous. Hmmm! Delicious!

So far we all are on the same page as far as this pot is concern, this is in fact outdoor five star cooking and it does not get better than that. This is what makes us Dominican. These things should help define our tourism product, just the experience of cooking like that is a valueable experience that no visitor will forget.

NOTHING better than outdoor cooking in Dominica. It gets such an exquisite taste. Is like our mother nature adding an extra ingredient that you could get from no other place.
