I honestly feel ashamed of my people after reading the negative comments on this post. How can you be so cruel to your own fellow citizen? It is so embarrassing and sounds rather childish and ignorant.
I wonder whether the negative and hurtful comments givers know Tino Harriett personally. Shame on all of you. You make it look like the man is covered in filth, wearing nothing but a torn up shirt and a smile showing off only a few stained and rotten teeth. Seems that it would have suited you best if he was dressed in a jacket with a gun in his hand, or a crown on his head. Do you know that there are many people who appear to be most well dressed on the outside but are nasty as hell inwardly or in behavior? There are others who take pride in their personal appearances in public but their homes are kept as the worst pigstyles? I have known people who look very well groomed and tidy from head to toe but when it comes to accepting anything edible prepared by them I’d rather starve.
Wake up ye fools! face reality! look at that photo again. I see nothing unkempt here but a guy who is happy, free and is enjoying the beauty of creation. To me, he seem to be saying ”thank you Jah for life’. His smile brings out his happiness, his hair like Sampson, his strength and his vest allows his healthy body to feel the cool breeze from his Creators new day. Is there anything wrong with that? Stop making your own selves look like a bunch of idiots who have nothing better to do but try to bring down our own people with hurtful comments.While you are making fun of minor physical appearances in Tino who I know to be among the coolest guys in D/ca, breaking down his character because he did not pose for a photo as the world’s super male model, there lies in a certain cemetery, the remains of a young guy who was most handsome, had the smoothest hair texture, was blessed with a great body and pearly white teeth and another fighting for his life on a hospital bed, who would have wished to to live a day in the life of Tino, just as he is. Also be careful who you criticize just because they don’t look like Prince Charles….you never know……their bank account may be larger than yours.

I don’t see anything untidy about the man. Nothing is wrong with his smile either. Amazing, those who take a negative “shot” at him may have everything – smell good, nice clothes/shoes, car, house etc. but I dare you smile like him. There is nothing untidy about this pic. Yes, he may be missing a few teeth, but so what? Many of allu leave above allu means and have a set of debt that allu have to do wrong things to service. He may have 5 locks but he look happy and free. Also, it is never good to judge because he may have more land than some of the negative people on here. He is very proud to be who he is, unlike many who suffer with identity crisis and look to others to know where they belong.
For those of you calling the man untidy, when was the last time you smile like that. Give it a rest already. If he is untidy, then find him and give him a make over.

Well, no matter what the opinion may be, the man is Dominican and he looks very happy. Big up to DNO for representing all its people, not just the “tidy” ones. I love the photo and the spirit in the mans smile. We are a small country with big hearts, let us not forget to love each other!
