Photographers – novice, amateur or professional – in Dominica are asked to submit photos, photographer credit and caption to [email protected] for consideration for the Photo of the Day feature, daily on dominicanewsonline.com.

Submissions can be accompanied by a brief profile and contact information of the photographer. Submissions will be published in the order they were received.

Photos must be taken of Dominicans and things Dominican. Note that submissions advertising any form of business or business activity will not be published.

Dominica News Online also encourages the submission of a variety of photos, ranging from nature shots, people shots, weird shots, interesting human interest shots, and anything ‘newsy’.

    Some time in the 1990s Brisbane had decorated the Peebles Park for Christmas. Glad to see the return of the Christmas wonderland in Roseau

    Did you see the new book written by the Pope, stating that December 25 is not the birth of the Savior and Messiah? He stated that this date was adopted from the pagans who worshipped the reurn of the SUN after the winter solitice.

      I think by now every one know Xmas is not of GOD and his son JESUS CHRIST but a lot pf us still keep celebrating it.

      It won stop the people cannot help it they can’t wait for it to come.

      the pope must know that the 25th is not the birth of christ but the date we celebrate his birth. whenever he was born doesnt matter

    The Botanical Gardens need to be lit up also/ some of those big trees and name it Santa Enchanted Forest. $2.00 per car which can go towards donation.
