The problem when there is a storm the sea and waves rise and splash the roads. It is as though they are angry. The water was dirty.
This was something else.
As a student, I recall the tidal waves Dominica experienced. After school, we went home and some of us would leave home to go and ‘see the sea’.
I also recall in Roseau, the waves passed Bay Front to Old Street and further. Those were ‘mauvais’ tidal waves. This lasted for more than a day until they subsided and the water receded.
Consider all roads leading to and from Roseau and elsewhere in the island. It was impossible for vehicles to pass. Some people who lived near the sea had to evacuate. The waves had no mercy. They took everything in their path. This is what occurs during a hurricane and storm. As dangerous as it is and as destructive as it could be, the view of the tidal wave has its beauty. Then is the time to take some pictures and as a memorabilia.
This does not look like a natural unaltered photo to me either.
wowwwwwwwww
BONDIERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

It’s all about the lenght of exposure. A good photographer can work wonders with a good camera. Not just point and shoot. Or Photoshop
