WEEKEND FUN: Name these plants

Here’s another chance to test your knowledge of our local plants on Weekend Fun.  In this photo, there are two different plants – the large one in the center and two smaller ones of the same variety, located on both sides of the big one.

They are well-known herbs with very useful properties, growing in some one’s backyard.

Can you name both and what they’re used for?

If you only know the name of one, share it with us.

Let’s have some good, clean, informative fun and an enjoyable weekend!

I recognized the rosemary bushm, I never say that plant when I was growning up in Dominica. Is that something that was introduced recently, or is it more popular in certain areas?
