They are not trying to move it by hand; they are heaving it to try to get stuff under the wheels so that it can drive out. They were successful eventually. The bus got minor damage but the car had major damage.

The bus, in front of the police Van, reversed onto the main road and impacted the car which was moving along the road causing it to fall in the drain, so the police were called.
Nobody asked for the real story they asked for a caption!

This is a one way street; the police have entered the ‘no entry’ side to reach the accident, so they reversed out.
THE MAJOR FACTOR TO ACCIDENT IS SPEED IN THE FIRST PLACE FOLLOWED BY REFUSING TO RESPECT THE DRIVING CODE….NEVER DRIVE FOR YOURSELF ALONE BUT FOR OTHERS ALSO..

And also, this had nothing to do with speed. The guy was coming down the road and someone reversed a bus into the mainroad from the lane, hitting the car and causing it to go into the drain.
It is not always about speed maybe lack of ‘due care and attention’.
For real the handbreaks cable burst and the breaks failed as he was moving out everything for people is speed speed speed there are no signs of speed.
