Fresh Market through its Pharmacy and Health and Beauty store, has commended the Marigot Development Corporation (MDC) for “consistently evolving and ensuring” that the yearly May Fest activity takes place.
Earlier this week, the company announced its partnership with MDC for May Fest 2023.
“This year’s events lineup, particularly the Village Health Fair, piqued our interest, as Fresh Market Pharmacy is committed to providing and supporting initiatives directed towards preventative care,” Marketing Officer, Casey Henry stated. “We are aware that many persons are unable to afford their recommended doctor visits and we are happy to help in providing this opportunity. As a pharmacy, one of the areas in which we are most concerned about is patient compliance.”
He continued, “History has shown that some patients do not follow advice from their healthcare provider and do not take medication as prescribed. In recognizing this, we are elated to announce that in addition to the services provided at the health care, pharmacists at FMP will facilitate talks on patient compliance emphasizing the dangers of non-compliance.”
