My co-worker is a gossip and a bully and because she’s sleeping with the boss all the workload is dumped on us and she gets to do nothing.
I am a hard-working woman and honestly, it affects me the way she goes on. Everybody at the office knows. She walks in late and he [won’t] say anything to her.
Her snack and lunch breaks are extended and she uses the company’s time to get her nails done and shop around in Roseau.
When other staff members behave the same way she does, they get a scolding or a letter. This woman stays on her phone and is constantly on social media.
All the woman does is flaunt her body and is always locked up in the manager’s office giggling and laughing and flipping her weave.
We have complained about it but got no redress. The man has his wife. It wouldn’t be an issue if he was single. He buys her food and she brings him snacks.
Their obvious relationship is causing an issue for us because it depletes staff morale.
She’s supposed to be a secretary but we constantly have to be answering her calls and leaving our work behind to do hers.
We are thinking of writing a collective letter to the owner of the company. We are also planning on telling his wife.

Dear Fed-up Workers
It seems as if you guys have an industrial issue on your hands. I am not sure if you are unionized but that is also something that a union rep can address.
It is clear that the relationship between the secretary and the manager is affecting the workplace environment and they clearly don’t care.
Writing a letter and having all the affected workers sign it is not exactly a bad idea. It would solidify your claims and also strengthen your cause.
Telling his wife is probably taking it a little further than you should. Let us stick to the ‘professional’ part of the situation and not get too personal about it
Your boss’s behavior is affecting your ability to perform on the job. Let’s leave his wife out of that for now

Sounds like a familiar situation. Except in mine they act like they are the boss.
Oh so that’s y she keep telling me come tomorrow or next week because she ain’t doing her job…I see. That answers my question now.imma work on this, thanks for letting me know.
Helloooooo, your coworker is not a secretary but rather a sexcretary.
She is the head bit*h at that workplace and wants you all to recognize …..OK? How do you expect her to service the boss and show up early? Oh hell to the no! After working the night shift on the boss tail she needs to take a little more beauty rest so she can keep his interest in the day time. Just make sure you show up early and pull the slack until she strolls in. Anyway, I believe if you focus on your own damn work all will be well. Your boss seems to be laying some serious pipe for DOWASCO after regular work at the office and the recipient is loving it.

So STOP crying and mind your own business. If you want some of what she is getting just ask. Keep his wife out of your drama. Just remember that where the cow is tied that’s where it will eat.
The way that was written you’d almost think Bella know who and don’t want the wife to know! Then again Bella could be the secretary with all the time on her hands! Likes gossip, sometimes her responses are that of a bully and spends time on social media 😩
If it is affecting your performance and morale then by all means write to the highest authority. I get the feeling though that the beffy part aka telling his wife is more your concern. I do not see how his wife became part of the equation at all. What do you think telling his wife will achieve as far as you are concerned? Stick to the professional part according to Bella and stay out of the man’s marriage. His wife is his responsibility, not yours. All you too beffy!
We have an office romance at our company where a VP was having an affair with a lower level employee. After our purchasing supervisor retired, the VP’s lover was promoted to Purchasing Manager with a 6 figure salary to go with it.
Long story short, the VP is now CEO of our company. The woman left her husband for her boss.
The CEO’s wife had died of cancer in her early 40’s, but this woman was having an affair with him before his wife died.
She does not report to the CEO, and only follows instructions from her immediate boss when she feels like it.
She gets on my nerves sometimes with her behavior, but otherwise I could not give a rat’s behind about their relationship.
That is a constant occurance in Roseau.Some people work hard fortheir money,while the boss dick cleaner leave the office 5 and 6 times a day and walk around Roseau like a Peacock.This lady is right,it is this level of foolishness which makes this country so slow.The boss is even more of a jacka.s using the office like a house of prostitutes.All fed up has to do is treat the woman like a prostitute.
