This is just a bad staged show full of technical gremlins and pre-determined ‘questions’. The CM keeps on fooling the citizens of Dominica. Imagine the nonsense about the 214million and his explanation. OMG! Did any of the ‘journalist’ question that figure and his nonsensical explanation?
Dominicans have been subjected to his nonsensical ‘press conferences’ three times this year. All we got was rhetoric and propaganda and some blatant lies for good measure. The reaction of Dominicas journalists: silence or occasionally pre-approved questions. Rings a bell? Yes, that’s exactly how they conduct Press conferences in the Kremlin.
All the CM does is blow hot air on a daily basis. Unfortunately, no action ever follows. Surprisingly enough, Dominicans are still satisfied with hot air. What a shame!
Is the PM seriously on here boasting that over $200 Mil, were sent out of Dominica by foreign workers to there homelands? What does that say about Dominica’s economy? How does that benefit Dominica and Dominicans? Please make it make sense to me.

I am wondering the timeframe in which Dominica will:
1. Have higher wages, similar to that of the other OECS islands;
2. Ministers who actually know what they are doing;

Roosevelt is a great artist. He verbally paints a spectacular picture of the future with picturesque lies and spurious promises.
Jobs! Jobs! Jobs! says Roosevelt. Construction projects that are done by the Chinese in Africa and the Caribbean, the labour provided is exclusively done by the Chinese themselves.
In Jamaica, the Chinese built many miles of roads. Even the truck drivers were Chinese. They (Chinese)lend these poor, beggar!y governments money, employ their own people, and pocket that same money that was given as a loan.
The sad thing is the tax payers are left to repay the original loan. So the incumbent administration has saddled generations of Dominicans, yet unborn, with debt.
Here is someone who presides over a malfunctioning administration that is the citadel of CORRUPTION.
It’s difficult to listen the plethora of lies, the long, evasive answers to serious questions, the ineloquence from a man who is a perfect stranger to the truth.
DNO, there was a non-binding resolution at the United Nations for Russia to withdraw all troops and military equipment from Ukraine. Every member country in the English speaking Caribbean voted in favour of the resolution with the exception of Dominica.
Russia is continuously bombing hospitals, ambulances, schools, residential areas killing many thousands of innocent babies and elderly women and men. Only a despotic, devilish, villainous and soulless subhuman being can support Russia’s misadventure in Ukraine.
