Sagicor South East has booked a spot in the semi-final of the Patrick John Football Cup.
The boys from the South East defeated Connect 767 East central by 4 goals to 2 at Benjamin Park in Portsmouth last week on Thursday night.
Goal scorers for south East were Javid George (3) and Irvince Lockhart (1).
For East Central, Reon Cuffy and Romario Burgins were the goal scorers.
The league continued on Friday night with two matches featuring Mahaut Soca Strikers against Promex Harlem at the Benjamin Park in Portsmouth, and Petro Caribe Point Michel coming up against CCCU Dublanc FC at the Stock Farm Complex.
The match between Pointe Michel and Dublanc was interrupted by bad weather on two occasions at the halfway stage, with the scores tied at 0-0.
The winners of these matches will join Valvoline We United in the semi-finals.
