[Loop News] BVI Police concerned by uptick in attacks by mentally ill people

The Royal British Virgin Islands Police (RVIPF) has said it is worried by the recent increase in attacks on members of the public by mentally ill residents.

RVIPF said many of the reports come from family members of mentally ill persons.

    only now? Why are they still allowed to roam the street however they want? defecating everywhere. sleeping anywhere. harassing people at will.
