Let’s not judge others here, it may be a lack of insight on one of the drivers part’ we were not in the vehicle with either one of them,I hope the wrong driver has learned his lesson.

We will have to look at charges for driving without seat belts, radar for speeding driver and maybe it will cease.

same thing i say, give them nice road, they go use it like a race-track. In that case, lots more accidents to come. unless DA mostly silly male drivers start using the wise part of their brain.
Speeding Signs are needed;
aslo wear your seat belts.
Stop drinking and driving
cut down on the loud music
stop speeding
need mirrors around the blind corners

AND HOLD YOUR SIDE OF THE ROAD ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU WANT TO IGNORE THE ABOVE.
And STOP TALKING ON CELL PHONE WITHOUT A HEAD PIECE WHILE YOU DRIVING.

They possess hard heads and hearts and a non-caring attitude for the lives of their passengers and themselves. It appears that they will never learn and also from previous accidents which resulted in loss of lives and injuries.
The government will have to increase fines and imprisonment for those reckless drivers. This is, if the drivers survive.
Those drivers, especially the reckless ones should be given a course on road safety. They should be shown the graphic details and results of accidents and also informed of the consequences of driving recklessly. Only then they may probably change their reckless road attitude.
If this does not sway them and prove effective, if caught again, I would recommend a sure imprisonment for a certain amount of years; not days and months.
It is a serious matter and one to be taken seriously. The precious God-given lives of people, passengers and pedestrians are at stake. There should be no leniency for reckless drivers.

I hate to state this but as some of you wonder, it is said, ‘Whatever’, it comes in three’s. Is the road too smooth?
If this is an SUV, those vehicles have proven to be dangerous, resulting in accidents and fatalities. Many SUV’s have been recalled.
I do hope the Police will be conducting a thorough investigation.
Let us hope for the best that there will not be any more accidents in that area or any part of Dominica for that matter.

The driver in the wrong is from Castle Bruce!! He flew down Weirs flat as if his van had wings. Stop mkg assumptions ppl!! The road running through Marigot is a main thorougfare to get to the airport. The article did not say the drivers were from Marigot, wait for the facts and then comment. Just say thank God no one was hurt.

Saturday was an accident with ppl from Marigot now one is happening in Marigot…wait a minute what’s happening with our drivers nuh? too many “faulty vehicles on the road” or too many “faulty drivers” or too many “faulty” roads?
