The John Osborne Airport in Montserrat has been closed after an aircraft ran off the runway while landing.
Reports are that a Fly Montserrat plane was involved in the incident which took place at around 10:00 am on Tuesday.
There have been no reports of casualties and it is unclear how many passengers were on the plane.
It is reported that another of the company’s aircraft has now been grounded.
Just last week a Fly Montserrat aircraft crashed shortly after take off at the VC Bird International Airport in Antigua.
Three people died as a result of that crash.
It is important for readers to note that ‘Fly Montserrat’ is NOT owned by the government of Montserrat but is privately owned and managed by Captain Nigel Harris, an English man.

The Montserrat aircrafts appear to have a major problem. All the planes should be inspected. Two accidents in a few days; so far three deaths, I would fear flying with them.
No one should trust fly montserrat travel with boat people that plane has some serious issuse
This is where the Montserrat government and aviation people should come in to inspect all his planes. They probably have a defect. For the present, they should be grounded until after proper inspection is completed and their safety is assured.
I foresee that he will be sued for exorbitant sums of money by the families of the departed and others who were affected.

I am correcting you. You are not God and you do not have that expertise to judge that such souls will go to Hell. You could speculate but not judge. No one on earth can say that such souls will go to Hell. We could, as a matter of fact say, “If you do not recognize God, obey His Commandments, accept Our Lord Jesus Christ, worship Him and pray you will go to Hell”. We are not saying that such people will go to Hell. We are informing them what the repercussion will be for disobeying God. This goes for each and every one of us. However, we cannot make a rash judgment that the person will definitely go to Hell. Note the difference.
This is where my learning and yours are different. God is the only one who saves souls by his mercy. No human being is capable of doing that. We can lead souls to him and He does the rest. God created Purgatory that, “souls He saved will make restitution.”
People as you, your learning renounce this but you are highly mistaken. I know I am correct due to my learning. Although God cannot be deceived and cannot be taken for granted, He is merciful.
First of all, Purgatory is a Dogma of the Catholic Church. We have strong proof that Our Almighty Father created it in his boundless love and mercy. I always say if it were not for Purgatory, how many souls would be saved?
Secondly, Purgatory is a place of purging/ cleansing/atonement. The word Purgatory is in the dictionary. Check it out.
A U.S. Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen, a holy man, now departed spoke on Purgatory. I heard it on the U.S. Catholic Radio. I loved the manner in which he narrated it. I taped it and then typed it. It has 5 pages. It is an inspiring writing. It also tells us that not one of us are perfect, whether we worship God.

The Archbishop detailed our negligence and that God will not send anyone to Hell or that not every one will go to Hell.

What I stated may be difficult for you to comprehend since it is obvious that you and I do not worship in the same church and that you do not believe in Purgatory. You better believe in it. Pray to God for enlightenment for Purgatory does exist and will continue to exist until the end of time – Judgment Day.
I have on another tape on Purgatory that Our Lord Jesus Christ said to an African visionary: “Whether they do not believe it, they will still have to go there.” It is God’s justice.
Some people have been taught not to be believe in it, only proclaim Jesus Christ, read the Bible and listen to preachers they will go to Heaven. I am informing you they are deceivers that Our Lord Jesus Christ spoke of, “Many will come in my name…so as to deceive the elect” and “Satan masquerades himself in sheep’s clothing…” So much more could be stated about that.

Oh yes! We do not know what is awaiting us in the future, even the very next second/minute. We do not know who will be strong enough to withstand the persecution. It will be no easy time for every one. The faithful as well. This is why we are told to pray for strong faith and strength in God that we might not reject God. Our Lord said, “Those who persevere to the end will be saved.”
Our Lord told his disciples, a message for us: “Stay awake and pray. Pray and do not faint/fall asleep.”
There are times I think of it and pray that if I live to experience this, may God grant me the necessary faith and strength to cope.
Remember the words of Our Lord Jesus: “Pray that your flight will not be in winter.” I would add the summer’s heat. He also said, “Woe to pregnant women at that time.” We could visualize their dilemma trying to escape from persecution.
When the real and full persecution of the anti-Christ comes I visualize the chaos. Prior to that, a lot will occur as disasters, famines, people falling away from the faith – the great apostasy, a certain degree of persecution. We are already experiencing some of it. It is already bad enough. The worst is yet to come.
God wants us to be faithful. He will protect his faithful people and help them cope even though they will suffer. Heaven is not achieved without some degree of suffering. Consider that Our Lord suffered for us and He did nothing to deserve that. This is an example to show us that we, too, must suffer and bear it with love for God and as atonement for our sins.
I have a two-sided page which pertains to suffering and what the Saints said about it. In the ancient days, there was in particular I remember who complained that he was persecuted and what did he do to deserve it. After all he was preaching the faith. Our Lord whose eyes are always on us (his Holy Spirit) said to him: “And I what did I do when I was taken to Calvary…” The holy man then vowed that he will never complain again. This is a lesson for us who love to complain about our troubles.
We really need to be strong of faith and take everything to him in prayer.
St. Paul said when every one is wishing each other peace and security, it will come as a woman in labor pains.
Future suffering is predicted and we will not be able get away from it. Some through the waters/flood; the fire, some through great sorrow and pain but all through His Precious Blood. May God help us all. God bless!
