LIME Mobile and fixed line voice services have been restored in the western communities of Colihaut, Dublanc and Bioche, while efforts continue to complete restoration in Coulibistrie and Salisbury today.
Services for the east coast communities of La Plaine, Reviere Cyrique and San Sauveur have also been restored, a LIME press release said.
Efforts to reach to Delices are being hampered by access restrictions, however LIME’s technicians will be hiking to that village to bring relief to the customers.
LIME will continue to work on restoring service to West Coast communities as well as Delices, and other areas which have not yet been restored, the release said.
Customers who are experiencing issues in areas where connectivity has been restored, are asked to formally log these faults by calling LIME Customer Service at 1 800 804 2994 or Fault Report at 611.
LIME is asking for the patience and understanding of customers who are awaiting connectivity.
Yesterday LIME gave a gift of $5 free credit to mobile customers as a goodwill gesture to connect with loved ones, family and friends.
“This has been well received by customers,” LIME said in the press release.
