Thanks to all the countries and peoples who have come forth to assist us (Dominicans) in our time of sorrow, grief and needs. To you, we shall forever be grateful. Some of our leaders are ungrateful to their own country; saying, “TO HELL WITH THE CONSTITUTION OF DOMINICA.” This statement we shall never forget.
When the term food suppliers is used, is it referring to farmers or importer of that frozen stuff and canned stuff they reject from the U.S!!!
As though Marn seeing the pardner that own/running Secret Bay Resort there in that meeting, what food he supplying nuh???
Marn know this is a time of crisis and we all must be steadfastly focused on relief and aid, but this was suppose to happen so these folks can reflect and go back to the drawing board and make changes to their manifesto and realize the ailments that’s affecting Dominica as a whole and not what is in place to make a small group profiteers,,,
That meeting shouldn’t have been with a group of Merchants but should have been with a group of personnel in the field of food production and not food importation,,,
DNO why didn’t allyou put the names of the attendees of that meeting,,,
LOL this is sad but hilarious, how is the Tourism Industry going to fix this immediate issue???
Thank you ArAb. well said
I need food but I didn’t vote labah; Will I still get food?
I received a relayed mail entitled Hello/Hi or whatever Gang
Let’s do Dear Gang !
bla, bla, bla well written though! I must admit.
A friend was visiting me as we drank tea and pondered on our futures as retired men. iI was reading my mail as my power was restored.
Today am reading Meeting with food suppliers. So my buddy came back today.
Last night he was wondering who is D
Today he deduced. He said looks like the boy want to work! I saw who dat! He said the partner so fat now
I said maybe he can be included on the food suppliers group. My friend said he was certain D never planted a lettuce head in his life.
Lol I cried out.!
The food has run out in the East. All the shops are empty. I understand Petite Savanne has a lot going on but please remember that their are those who are alive that need your help desperately. Find a way to get an update about the Delices people. thank you.
My heart and more is there with my country and our people. I listened to the radio and initially politics was not brought into this disaster but then that changed. I ask my fellow Dominicans to please let us stay united and leave politics behind. If I had info (bef) on the PM or Lennox what good would it do to add it to the thoughts of our people. This is hard and I know in times of hardship we place blame but this is the time to stand strong. We will talk politics down the road when we can smile and see our country back on her feet. At that point ‘if’ errors were made by any politician, then should we begin the talk. Now let us try to find the good in all as we stand as one. Thanks
What is wrong with politics ? Is it a Bad thing ? Is that what you have been taught ?
