Mother seeks assistance for critically injured son

Jerwani Fedor is at the ICU at the PMH suffering from severe injuries

Jasmine Joseph is seeking assistance from the general public on behalf of her son, Jerwani Fedor who was badly injured while riding his bicycle in Mahaut over the Easter Holidays.

According to the mother, there were no brakes on the bicycle which caused him to lose control and plummet down a hill near by.  He has suffered brain damage and several cracks to the skull as a result of the accident.

Jerwani is now a patient at the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Princess Margaret Hospital and needs to fly out of the country as soon as possible for further medical evaluation.

    I really feel his family pains and hope that he gets help to foot his medical bills. Why did he ride the bike if he knew it had no brakes sorry but just asking.

    Boy we need that hospital eh boy. The money government just giving people to spend lavishly put that back in the hospital. Too much money spending on air ambulance and them hospitals self overseas is if they have space and they accept the case speaking on past experience.

      Parents must be more responsible. A 7yr old riding a bike without brakes!!!!! Just sorry for the poor child.

      You do realise theres a new hospital being built by the PMH? the first section will be opened this summer. Please read and listen to the news.

    Come on Dominica, do things properly. we in the diaspora ready to contribute, set up a Go Fund me. not interested in excuses about doctor paper and which account, just get that done quick so we can save this yout man life!
