The President of the General Assembly calls on all Member States to deploy all possible efforts to urgently assist the people of Haiti in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake.

The President of the General Assembly continues to closely follow developments, and further urges the institutions of the UN system and the entire international community to remain fully engaged in support of the Haitian people in this tragedy.
Hello, greetings!
One possible way to save the survivors of the Haitian earthquake would be if they could be relocated.
The governments of all UN member states should be contacted and asked whether they would accept a contingent of Haitian quake survivors.
Without this hubnderd thousands will perish.
This is the finest hour for the UN to make a difference.
respectfully

I’m Sorry if i may sound heartless to the PRESEDENT OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY, but this much malingned country of Haiti does not need prayers in its hour of need right now, what it urgently need is help from the UN to assist in its reconstruction and development, and to help in establishing a stable democratic state for its long suffering citizens…..
