The police have arrested and charged another person in the court case involving two Colombian nationals.
Imran Bruney of Bath Estate was arrested on a charge of “accessory after the fact of robbery.”
He appeared before magistrate Bernard Pacquette Fiday afternoon and was granted bail despite objections by the prosecution..
Police prosecutor Cpl Attidore told the court that a number of other persons were still being sought by the police as the “investigations were ongoing.”
“All we are asking is for 3 days to complete. A large sum of money is missing, a fire arm and cell phone and the prosecution intends to take a certain course of action,” Corporal Attidore told the court but defense counsel zena Dyer took strong objection to the “phrasing and wording of the charge” and on that basis, asked the court to grant bail.
Magistrate Pacquette agreed that the charge was “defective and problematic” and he wanted to give the prosecution time to “fix” it and so was granting bail in the sum of $10,000.00.

Who are you to pass judgement on him? All those speaking of his appearance and think they know his life story from seeing him on the streets.. Im sure your lives arent picture perfect so we can stop with the hypocrisy. This could have happened to any one of us, any one of your family members so take some time to think about what you are saying.
