Bernie Sanders drops out of US presidential race

Bernie Sanders

Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont is dropping out of the 2020 presidential race, his campaign announced in an email to supporters on Wednesday.

Sanders hit the ground running in a series of wins in early primary and caucus states as the campaign season kicked off, but he failed to pick up momentum on Super Tuesday, and subsequently lost key, delegate-rich states like Michigan and Florida to former Vice President Joe Biden, significantly narrowing his path to the nomination.

A longtime progressive lawmaker, Sanders built his campaign on calling for a “political revolution” and skewering the establishment on both the left and right.

Any one over the age of 60 should not be allowed to run for president, Biden is too old. Most of the time he does not even know what day it is or what year it is. If by a fluke he gets elected he will be over 80 years old in the White House, he will not understand what is going on or where he is. The Democrats are guaranteeing Trump another term when they nominate Biden a lot of Democrats will not vote.

How can you say both Biden and Sanders are too old to be President?

      Very Stupid Notion!

Beside what does the age of these people have to do with Dominica Politics!

The reason why Dominica is so screwed up, and people like you life are so miserable, without work in  a place where the economy  is based on the sale of passports is because you have a damn little boy as your prime minister.

Had it not been for that little young boy your name wold not be Bring back the kidnapped parrots!

Had there not be young and crooked people in government thieving it all  Dominica might be a better place.

      Parrots would not be stolen.

In America age matters nothing; the Supreme court of the USA comprise people over the age of eighty years old.

In Dominica by the time you are 55 years old you cannot go to a bank and borrow money, in America, your means of paying the loan is what matters.

The true story of Mr Sanders’ droping out of this Presidential season Theater, is directly related to His age. To be honest, His advisers let Him know that He is a prime candidate for a funeral of ONE, Mr Johnson’ condition might have been the catalyst decision. On a Capitalist platform, any form of Socialism is TABOU, Mr BIDEN who is just as dipictable as De Donald, seems to be taking the USA on a different DARKNESS path. in the now , because of the influence of Social Media, the World have a clear view of, who is the USA, its ideals, what is very evident as the Beautiful Caribbean Sun Rays penetrating the Crystal Clear Waters, is DECEIT, WAR , Oppression and Racism, take your pick.

Bob, I do not wish to call you a liar, but if you knew what you were talking about, you would know for a fact, that, it is about delegates, which Sanders can’t accumulate.

“Former Vice President Joe Biden won the most delegates in Tuesday night’s voting, widening his lead over Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders in the race for the Democratic presidential nomination.

Biden won four out of the six states that voted in the “Big Tuesday” primaries — Idaho, Mississippi, Missouri and the delegate rich state of Michigan.

Sanders was the projected winner in North Dakota. Votes are still being counted in Washington.

According to NPR’s delegate tracker, Biden had 847 delegates as of Wednesday morning and Sanders had 685.

These numbers are expected to grow as results continue to trickle in over the coming days.

To secure the nomination, a candidate needs to win a majority of delegates, meaning at least 1,991.”

Sanders concede he will not have the number of delegates…
