BUSINESS BYTE: food court to open at Prevo Cinemall

Soon to open at the Prevo Cinemall is Roseau’s first Food Court, comprising of four very different types of restaurants in one location.

Already in operation is the Green House Sports Bar & Grill, in an open setting on the verandah overlooking Old Street, Roseau. This will be joined by three new restaurants situated around the Prevo Cinemall Courtyard on the ground level.

Woody’s Pizza and La Vigne (La Vig-knee) are opening this week, whilst the third restaurant, The Courtyard Cafe is expected to open a bit later.

The Food Court restaurants will be offering an array of food and drink.

The Green House Sports Bar & Grill offers a wide menu of creole dishes, steak, lobster and a well stocked bar, with live entertainment on weekends.

Woody’s Pizza will offer a variety of pizza and pasta dishes.

La Vigne is a very health conscious restaurant, which will be baking their own bread, and growing their own fresh garden vegetables. La Vigne will offer a range of healthy subs, salads, wraps and sandwiches, a quick take away meal, and delicious smoothies.

The Courtyard Cafe, to be opened later, will offer brewed local coffee, along with other popular gourmet coffee, with croissants, pain au chocolat, muffins and other delectable pastries. Tea lovers will also find a wide range of local herbs, Earl Grey and other teas, along with a range of deserts and local juices.

Entrances to The Food Court will be off Kennedy Avenue.  The Food Court entrances on Kennedy Avenue, also lead to the Ballroom, as well as to the Shine Union Department Store.

Earlier this year, the Prevo Cinemall opened its new Ballroom, for hosting reunions, socials and seminars, with a capacity of 120 persons, while the Shine Union Department Store reopened in August with entrances on both Kennedy Avenue and Old street.

Patrons to the Prevo Cinemall can also look forward to the opening of another new store on the Old Street side of the Mall, and in the not too distant future, to the reopening of the cinema. For further information contact Vanessa Prevost at (767) 275-2824 or email [email protected].

Great idea. Roseau needs a place where you can do shopping and eating and have a variety of stores/shops in one place.. However, I believe the outside of Prevo Cinemall needs a face lift
