Whatever! …it’s called ‘competition’ and consumers like myself and … (I think) ‘you’ become winners. Otherwise we will all be thrust back into the dark old days of Cable & Wireless. Just see what Domlec is doing to me and …you, simply because of no ‘competition’ and u’ll figure it out..

SAT/GIGICEL stop mamaguying people. stop deceiving the people. what iI suggest that you do is to make a survey in the form of a questionaire and have your cable television and internent customers fill them them out. your customer care services leaves much to be desired. Please have competent people at the front line at SAT offices who can make the customers feel assured that they the are being taken care of in a genuine way. customer’s satisfaction must be a very high Ideal. learn to turn frustrated and disatisfied customers into happy and satisfied customers settle up with your providers so that you can deliver to your customers.

give them a chance guys, sat didn’t have digicel’s level of capital needed to invest in proper infrastructure leading to better service, in due time i’m guessing it will be more reliable, rome wasn’t built in a day

Total horse manure! I have SAT. It was down earlier tonight. It’s back on now. I pay for 3MB service but speedtest.net shows I’m getting 2MB right now.

The choice is still over-priced and slow but more reliable LIME or better-priced, sometimes fast, but unreliable SAT/Digicel.

Digicel Play will always be SAT, no matter the name change – the same poor broadband service, sticky/ ricey tv, Spanish channels, always off, etc kinda service. I will stick to my Marpin TV and LIME mobile service – atleast I can depend on these two for reliability, satisfactory service and good( not excellent), but good customer service.

@Dominican for Sure…..what planet are you on? That’s exactly why SAT was sold, to rebrand with a Company that can invest big money to change the problems you mentioned. They already started with broadband rates and service that far exceeds what the other providers now have.

Price may be good, but with poor service its worth nothing….I prefer paying for a service that is dependable and reliably…..not one where I have to cross my fingers hoping I will remain connected or my TV service will not go ricey. I am speaking from experience…..
