Although the close of the Season came sooner than expected, with just about 199 calls, and an offering of 25 different excursions for 21 different cruise lines the shortened Season was still a productive one.  With compliments streaming from ship to shore by Ships and Cruise Executives on the level of organization and professionalism, the efficiency and promptness of tours, our response to changes made at the last minute and our ability to make quick decisions to accommodate passengers, it is easy to understand why Whitchurch Tours and its Service Providers maintained their reputation this Season for having a Team with great personality who are helpful and supportive.  It would be amiss of us to not share the glory with those who enabled us to create and provide a pleasurable experience for Cruise Ship Passengers.

Whitchurch Tours wishes to express thanks to:  The Ministry of Agriculture & Forestry, particularly the Forestry Division/National Parks – Financial Officer Gifford Walsh.  Also, the Plant Protection & Quarantine Division; the Ministry of Tourism & Legal Affairs; the Ministry of Health, especially the Environmental Health Unit (Tassie Thomas); the Ministry of National Security, Immigration & Labour, particularly the Police Department Tourism Branch and Immigration & Customs;  the Ministry of Public Works, Energy & Ports; Dominica Air & Sea Ports Authority – Benoit Bardouille and Pilots; Customs & Excise Division; Dominica Taxi Association; Discover Dominica Authority (Quality Assurance Department) and Princess Margaret Hospital.

The ease of doing business with our Service Providers, who work with us to create Packages and Tours that entice the passengers to visit and experience our wonderful island, has made the Season productive and created such positive feedback.  Whitchurch Tours wishes to thank: Pointe Michele Cultural Group (Joan Frampton); Petit Savanne Cultural Group ( Athena Darroux); Dive Dominica Ltd. (Daniel Perryman); Castle Comfort Lodge (Arianne Perryman); Extreme Dominica (Richard & Liz); Irie Safari (Clem Johnson); Mero Enhancement Committee (Mr. Smith Prince); Wrave Ltd. (Mrs. Amber Rolle); Cobra Tours & Yacht Services (Andrew O’Brien); Mountain View Restaurant & Bar (Mr. Gregory Prevost); Exotica Cottages (Fae Martin); Giraudel Flower Growers (Cybil Alfred) and Giraudel Jing Ping Band (Felix Mitchell); Green Mountain Flowers (Daryl Phillip); Tia’s Bamboo (Tia Joseph); Bois Cotlette Estate (Mr. Jonathan Lehrer); Touna Aute (Irvince Auguiste); Symes Zee Villa (Timothy Symes); Papillote Hotel (Anne Jno Baptiste); Fresh Water Lake Facility (Claudette Rolle); St. Luke’s Primary School (Sister Anita Peter); Coye’s Cozy (Theresa LeBlanc); Forest Wash (Jefferson Knight) and Syndicate Resource Center (Thora Lambert).

We cannot forget those individuals who assist us along the way: Dr Lennox Honychurch, Chef Heskieth Clarke (Chef at Fort Shirley), Martha Cuffy (Rainforest Yoga), Honore Jubenot (Bird Watching Guide), and Smith Prince.

Whitchurch Tours thanks each and every person involved in the success of the Cruise Ship Season 2013/2014, mentioned and possibly omitted.  We look forward to a continuing working relationship with all of you in the forthcoming 2014/2015 Season!

Go and join Whitchurch and let the level of professionalism rise in our country. it was time for professional services in this area. You could have started off your own company and you didn’t. when people google dominica services and tours, they expect to find a trusted company not an individual with no recommendations. Hats off Whitchurch
