China surpasses Japan as 2nd biggest economy in world; experts say it’ll overtake U.S. by 2030

Brush up on your Chinese.

China hurdled past Japan in 2010 to become the second largest economy in the world – and experts predict the Communist country will surpass the U.S. at the top in just a decade and a half.

The Land of the Rising Sun plummeted as a world economic power last year, falling out of the No. 2 spot that it held for 43 years. The Japanese government announced Monday that its Gross Domestic Product for 2010 was $5.47 trillion.

Imagine what the Chinese could accomplish if they were able to foster a purely competitive economy. What would be the case if Chinese were to be as productive as the Japanese or Americans per capita? They would simply dominate the world. As of one o’clock today, China has 1,353,679,107 people and the US only has about 310 million. Believe it or not, unless the US joins forces with Canada and all of South and Central America to include the Caribbean, the Chinese will be dominating the planet before the end of the century. They just have way too many people. Did anyone see the new fuel efficient car they introduced to the US market this year? They have their eyes open.

That news now hit DNO? That information has been out a few months now.

Admin: how could this be out a few months now when China just released statistics on its economy? Maybe it was being speculated but there was no concrete evidence of it. Japan conceded to China today after China released its statistics. This story is in all major newspaper around the world TODAY.
