LIAT wishes to inform its customers that flights into and out of Antigua have resumed with the reopening of the V.C. Bird International Airport.
However, due to the adverse weather conditions associated with Tropical Storm Isaac customers traveling to destinations north of Antigua may experience flight cancellations on Thursday.
The storm has disrupted LIAT’s services in several destinations north of Antigua and flights to/from St. Thomas, St. Croix, San Juan and St. Maarten have now been delayed.
Passengers traveling to the affected destinations have the option of changing their flight to the next available service at no charge within a week of their original travel date.
A further advisory will be issued at 12:15 pm.
LIAT sincerely apologises to affected passengers for any inconvenience caused.
Dominica’s Melville Hall Airport is open and operating normally.
