China may construct new stadium for Grenada

China has indicated an interest in constructing a new track and field stadium in Grenada.

This was hinted by Chinese ambassador to Grenada, Xu Jianguo during the recent signing of the second phase of technical cooperation for the cricket stadium.

In reiterating China’s commitment to Grenada’s development, Xu indicated that a Chinese technical team, expected on the island before the end of the year, will make a determination on the best option.

Before long, the Chinese would have done so much for the Caribbean that the Caribbean won’t be able to pay them back in some way, shape or form, much like America can.

It’s almost like China’s secret war against the world–help everyone knowing they can’t pay you back anytime soon, then just snatch them up under your control when the time is right.

have you people heard of kirani james from Grenada ? he’s 19 years old and he currently holds the fastest time in the world in the 400 meters. their already saying he’s the next bolt, and he might break Micheal Johnson’s record at the 2012 Olympics games. google or youtube him. Grenada’s track team is on the upraise. now does that answer you question to why Grenada is building a new track and field stadium ?

The idea of an athletic stadium is a brilliant one, but at what price? I do not believe in free lunches.

I am reminded of the words of a sage: Not everyone who is good to you is good for you.

When the times comes to pay back China, i hope these islands can do so because nobody is going to build a stadium or roads for you free of charge.

China contributes more to the USA than it does to the Caribbean. And United States of America is also a republic.
