Decomposed body recovered in Elmshall heights

Carrette

Police are hoping to soon identify skeletal remains discovered in the heights of Elmshall Thursday.

Police were led to the area to see the remains, which have been placed at the mortuary for examination, according to Cyril Carette, Deputy Chief of Police.

“A young man is in police custody, and has been assisting the police with the investigations,” he disclosed.

“Normal investigations will continue, and somebody will be charged sooner rather than later,” Carette added.

      ….

      Stop saying untrue things.

Anyway I bet you the US not going to play with him like how we love to play with criminals in DA. If there was any reward for these murders, I bet you that they would have stop a long time ago. But every alleged murderer getting bail so, every man jack figure they can kill and get away with it!

Let’s wait till the autopsy is done and they identify the person before we cast judgement… If it’s a murder someone has to be charge ofcourse, so Deputy Carette is right by saying someone will be charge sooner or later. And if so that person or persons should get the MAXIMUM….

“If my people who are called by my name, shall HUMBLE themselves and pray and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, ONLY THEN will I hear from heaven, I will forgive theirs sins and HEAL THEIR LAND!” 2 Chronicles 7:14

In very simple language, we are largely responsible for the state of affairs in our nation especially when believers seek after all but God! I am not promoting any one religion here I am really speaking of a RELATIONSHIP with the master.

Often we find that the condition of the church is reflected by our society, it is only when we ALL and Sundry put or spiritual house in order that the nation will be a healthier place .

    Let God be praised!

    March 22, 2010

We would all like to know that if there is foul-play in this death, that the culprit will be brought to justice. But Mr Carette you need to be a little more cautious about how you say what you say. Unless all investigations are completed you cannot know for sure if this is a case of murder or whehter it might be accidental death.

Without an autopsy (and bearing in mind the advanced state of decomposition of the body) it would be very difficult to prove cause of death. You would be well advised to keep your judgement untill every possible piece of information is gathered and analysed. Unless a probable cause if death is determined you cannot charge anybody. And more so you don’t even know as yet whose remains it is, so who are you going to charge?

Get all the facts before you make statements that later may prove erroneous or unwarranted. By your words you may be justified but by your words you may be condemned also.

PEAPLE IS THIS GOVERNMENT CONCERNED ABOUT CRIME IN DOMINICA? ESPECIALLY DRUG RELATED CRIME….IM NOT A POLITICIAN BUT SEEMS LIKE ALOT MORE DRUG LORDS ARE EMERGING AND BLENDING NICELY INTO SOCEITY..ALMOST AS IF THEY HAVE SOME DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY AGAINST THE LAW….I WONDER IF PAPA CHAVEZ PLANS ON HELPING US FIGHT THE INFLOW OF COCAINE IN TO DOMINICA AND THE USE OF DOMINICA AS AN INTRANSIT POINT BY DRUG DEALERS….LOL…LAUGHABLE HUH?

    • james
      March 22, 2010

When local people stop supporting the drug dealers in their neighborhoods then we can see some progress. Criminals are in the minority, if the rest of society would just come together, especially the poor, to fight this trend then it doesn’t matter if there is government influence involved. And you all just love to throw names around don’t you?

    March 22, 2010

Mr. Carette do we really have the facilities to identify the remains found, until to even charge someone?
I pray we do, but if not lets be real please…………..

I agree with you! And are there evidence that this might have been a murder? The bigest reason crime go unsolve in our country is the fact that Police come to their own conclusion before accessing the facts.

    • Caddy
      March 22, 2010

Well….the whole fact of having someone is that the person who killed brought them to the body! Ever thought of that?
