A man who was charged with the shooting death of another was granted bail in the sum of $150,000 with two sureties on Friday morning.
Jack Joseph was granted bail by Justice Bernie Stephenson.
He is charged with the shooting death of Wayne “Hadderz” Maxwell.
The fatal shooting occurred on Sunday June 3, 2012 at the Frankie Bellot-owned “Krazy Kokonutz” entertainment spot.
Reports are that one man got stabbed after two men began fighting.
The brother of the injured man, identified as Jack Joseph, pulled out a gun and shot the other man, which turned out to be Maxwell.
As condition of bail, Joseph is to report every morning to the Roseau Police Station. He was also ordered to surrender all travel documents.

You will have reason to fear them and stay far away from them. If you see them coming, do not even look at them. If possible cross the street and go to the other side. If there is a shop near by go into it and pretend you are going to shop there and hope they do not follow you. Those people are a menace to society. Well, if my memory serves me right, this is the major thing which contributed to the high crime rate in Jamaica. People charged for murder were being bailed when the law had clearly stated that there should be no bail given to persons accused for Murder.
