Thieves are never satisfied. They steal and will keep on stealing. He did not steal once but twice from that business establishment.
These days, thieves go for big money. What did he plan to do with it in Dominica? Build a house?
Where did he hope to hide that amount of money, under his mattress, bed or house?
I do not think it could be in a financial institution.
May the Law deal with him accordingly.

If you steel from green, shillingford, astaphan, whitchurch, karam and such “big name people”; you won’t get or afford bail.

You need to ask the many thieves on DA that question. One reason is that they think that they are entitled to other people’s property if they want it and think that they need it to sell and get some money. Lots of lazy ;eople and people that do shoddy work and want to be paid..

Could be a mental problem which Dominica is unable to deal with. Had he been examined mentally? I don’t think so. It could also be that he thinks that he had been robbed by wealthy people; and was reclaiming his dues.

Stealing is a crime like any other crime. Find the Million Dollar robbers. Then you could talk. Many “high profile” people are stealing from the poor tax paying Dominicans and all you are silent and willfully blind. Don’t forget, we are talking about STEALING.

The police should set an example with these guys to deter a new wave of crime. No bail is mandatory for such an offense. If you want bail, don’t steal $72,000

I agree, for that amount of money. He should remain in jail.
