Degallerie is represented by Zena Moore Dyer and Gina Dyer Munro.
The State’s case is led by acting DPP, Julien Prevost, assisted by state attorneys, Arthlyn Nesty and Sherma Dyrmaple.
A jury of 7 seven men and 2 women is hearing the matter.
Also, I don’t know what is the reason for these senseless crimes, drugs, lack of self-control, mental issues, desensitization, violence on tv???!!! Does human life have no worth anymore??? Geez…We need to get to try to get to the route of the problem & fix it!!!!
Dca needs a better justice system. Ppl commit murders and are free in no time. Imagine how the victim’s family is feeling. Until there is a better justice system, these sought of crimes will continue to happen in Dca, sadly bc there needs to be serious consequences!
but as if i find ONLY criminals/drugdealers Dyer them does represent…jus my observation
I hope Shane gets what is due to him. Let justice prevail my Good Lord!!!!
Hold strong my boy Shane!
How you can tell the KILLER to hold strong #wicked you just as bad as him
justice will never prevail in dat stupid country of d/ca
SMH
That Tie
Justice will prevail
Does it “prevail” in Dominica?
How can you expect real justice on sucha serious matter, when it takes at least 3 years before a hearing. We all know that justice delayed is justice denied.
By the time these matters reach court, evidence disappear, witnesses have either died, left the state, gotten corrupted or have memory loss. Police investigators also go through the same malaise.
It is time to speed things up. Dominica has 5 times as many lawyers as 20 years ago, and 1/2 the population, yet legal proceedings take twice as long to execute.
Let’s see what happens this time..Vengence is mine I shall repay says the Lord…
What i seeing there nuh! the man in handcuffs for an alledged murder and he doesn’t have on prison clothes? So where is he being held/kept?
You idiot, do you know the date this picture was taken? Don’t our recall this same photo a few years back when he was arraigned?
Innocent until proven guilty. They don’t have enough evidence yet, so they playing sick. That Dominica there is dangerous like that nuh!! if he is found guilty, i hope that he never see the sun again. They think that they could get away with murder in Dominica; so they taking their chances. They say that some policemen are taking bribe to hide and throw evidence, for as little as $500.00 – RUM MONEY –
Frabo you again! Just making statements with your mouth without facts. Why not become a Judge then and let the case come before you. You have all the answers.
