MY people, I am pleading with you all to stop the murdering of each other. Why are we killing each other senselessly? We are supposed to be one in unity and strength. The brother had his problems but that was not the way for him to die. We are supposed to help each other instead of taking each other’s lives like they are flies. Where is the love and concern we are supposed to have for each other?
Let us come together as a community and help each other and not cover up those who commit these heinous crimes. Let this be the dawning of a new day.

LET PEACE PREVAIL OVER OUR CITY(SouthCity)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The article SHOULD read that he was found unresponsive at the house. He may have already been deceased but only a medical official can make that pronouncement. So after he was taken to the hospital he was then pronounced dead. Got it? Fummy?

Forget about the nurse stop blaming her for nothing. You all are taking away the focus on the murder and putting it on the nurse, these nurses are working very hard .
Will Grand Bay people stop murdering and continue to cover up for each other, stop spilling innocent blood it will come back and hunt you all down. Has conscience gone out of the window in Grand Bay? He may have been what he was but at the end he did not deserve that brutality. People please speak out because tomorrow you will need someone to speak out for you. Let his soul rest in peace.

Whoever murdered him has his blood on their hands for life and probably to eternity.
God saw and knows who murdered him. There will be no escape. One day the price will be paid for his murder.

If anyone were to allowed me to say that, the ministry of health should make sure any doctor or nurse who is on call should not be at their homes but to be stationed at the health centre during their working call hours. and in a big community like Grand Bay there should not be only one health practitioner on call, but at the same time i am not saying during the Presley incident that there were no one at the health centre.

At the time d incident allegedly happened I was at d health centre waitin to be attended while the nurse was checkin a client. I can attest to that saying that Presley never reach the health centre. People saw him Walkin up the road assuming that he went to the place to get treated but he never reach.

It saddened me to see how our own grandbay people wait for the least opportunity to talk down on the very same person that has been there caring for them and their loved one.

My questions are? Y anyone did not accompany d deceased to the health centre? Y anyone did not follow him to c where he was goin? So many vehicles in grandbay n a bloody injured man passin n no one gave him a ride? But the poor nurse who was present at the health centre getting all the blame…

I and many others who were there from that time to minutes to 10pm will talk on her behalf. I thank you

I am pleased by your comments Clients. The poor nurse is the one talking the blame. Grand Bay need to love and appreciate their very one. Its bad all the negative comments that are posted on social media about the nurse who was on call. I am happy you and others were there at the time. At least she has some one in her favor and someone to speak on her behalf.

Is the same nurse that has to attend to them and their family when they are sick.

Great comment. Sensible. It should alert us to the fact that there are indeed times when the Health Centre is in fact unmanned and a black board gives one a number to call. We have to ask whether that is a Ministry of Health approved procedure, and whether it is effective, not adequate. Being adequate is not an acceptable standard for an essential service. According to “Southcity I come out” it was manned at that particular point. Let us ensure that it is always manned so that hard working nurses are not unduly maligned.

They are so materialistic they did not want him to dirty their vehicle…it’s a shame when these people who were born and raised so poor can get to this in the name of material to see someone that they always know injured walking his way to the hospital and no one came to his help…shame on us human… his number came before our number but soon or in the near future our number will be called..RIP

Carcon, you need educating. I did not say the man was murdered! I look up the word homicide in the Oxford dictionary and that is very clear: homicide, noun = murder. So you can read the news as “suspected murder”, meme bagay. Go and ask your teacher if you do not believe that.

      • The Real Facts
        October 26, 2015

The heading of the article states, “Police investigates suspected homicide.”
He was injured. Wounds were obviously found on his body. This determines a possible nature of cause of death.

Bro, Homicide in LAW is the killing of one human being by another. There are many different types of Homicide, Abortion, killing a child before that baby is fully developed and allowed to breathe on its own, Murder when one kills another with the intention to do so… Manslughter when one kills another but not with the intention to cause that persons death but causing that persons death anyway. I can go on but its a long list. Each case of homicide earns its name according to the circumstances. A homicide can be justifiable like in a case of self defence so is that murder? NO. The PRO is new and we need to give him a chance to grow and learn he is just starting and saying homicide is correct. suspicious homicide means that the police suspects that someone killed Presley Fontaine.

    • October 27, 2015

Homicide is the act of a human being causing the death of another human being…Murder is planning to kill ,premeditated ,which is always done in a more violent manner..
