Lee Anthony of Soufriere has been slapped with three gun related charges after he was allegedly found in possession of a sub machine gun during an incident in Loubriere.
He has pleaded not guilty to the charges in court on Tuesday but is also facing a charge of conspiracy but was not required to plead.
According to court documents, Anthony was in possession of a sub machine gun with the serial number H16014 but was not a holder of a firearms license. It is also alleged that he had in his possession 2 ammunition magazines and three live rounds of 9mm ammo.
