Whitchurch and Carib Beer partner for Mas Dominik 2010

Carib Beer, through its Local Agent, H.H.V. Whitchurch & Co. Ltd., launched on to the 2010 Carnival scene with Sponsorship valued at EC$35,000.

Determined to give back to the Dominican market that has supported the brand over the years, Carib Beer lends its support to Mas Dominik 2010 through a range of Events, Sponsorship and partnerships across the island including associations with the Grand Bay Calypso Association Calypso Tent, Gutter Lapo Kabwit Band, and for the eighth year in a row, the Dimanche Gras at the Ft. Young Hotel with the Swinging Stars and Lagoon Street Jam.

The Opening of Carnival in Roseau saw the emergence of the much anticipated ‘Carib Float’ with the Carib Mermaids and the Carib Girls revving up the crowd.  Portsmouth’s Opening Day Parade also welcomed the Carib Beer presence.
As we come closer to Carnival Monday and Tuesday on February 15th & 16th, 2010, Whitchurch and Carib Beer will be found at venues celebrating the festivities -The Fisherman’s Cove on February 5th at the More Sewo Party at the Cove, The Cove’s Beer Fests, the Souse and Punch Party Carnival Weekend and the Bord La Mer on Sunday February 14th, 2010.

Besides their ongoing presence at Mas Dominik’s pre-Events, Carib Beer can be found at the heart of this year’s Carnival, sponsoring the Mahaut Carnival, Mahaut Fisherman’s Group and Kram’s Mahaut Carnival Group , Salisbury and Colihaut Carnival’s, and as an exclusive Beer Sponser for the Kairi FM T-shirt Band with Swinging Stars and Red Hot Flames, the “Hold Dem” Club DVD and WCK T-shirt Band, the Whitchurch 100 Years J’Ouvert Band, Old Time Sake T-shirt Band and Exotica Belly Dancers Costume Band.
