The Dominica Emerald Organization of New Jersey marked it’s 13th year as founder and Host of the Madam Wob Dwiyet U.S.A. Pageant.

The most coveted and prestigious title, which over the years has been carried with much dignity and pride by the some of our very best.

Our most recent pageant was won by Zadshire Dupuis, who holds the title of Madam Wob Dwiyet U.S.A. 2014.

Dupuis emerged the winner among a competition of five young women, with Sahara James in the 1st Runner Up and Nicole Bethel in the 2nd Runner Up positions.

Dupuis is currently in Dominica as our cultural Ambassador, and is officially representing the Dominica Emerald Organization of New Jersey and the entire Diaspora.

As part of her ambassadorial duties, she attended the Independence activities in celebration of our 36 years of Independence in Dominica.

Upon her return to the United States, she will resume her obligation to other functions here, as it relates to our culture and Independence.

The Dominica Independence Service, carded for November 9th 2014, is one, of the first events she will attend.

Congrats young lady and do some stuff on a platform for your year! PROMOTE PROMOTE PROMOTE! We don’t hear much about these winners from the diaspora!

One comment to the Organizers Ahkor!!! – The Sash should have USA on it, because all you will give the wrong impression that she is Madame Wob Dwiyet… I mean that was a silly mistake, that should have been taken care of before the show! SMH
